CO-OP pairs high quality interpretations of modern American cuisine with an extensive selection of sushi, sashimi, & other raw items overseen by sushi chef Stephen “Neo” Wong (Sushi of Gari, Megu). Master Mixologist, Julio Torres, utilizes the best local vegetables & fruits in our seasonal cocktails. DeVinn Bruce & John Rawlins (Versace, Baccarat & Francis Ford Coppola) designed CO-OP. The space features a photography installation of New York City icons such as Moby, Debbie Harry & Patricia Field. Continued
