With one exception, every time we've been there the food has been outstanding, and the people who serve and assist pleasant and cooperative. This last time was no exception.
A reason we patronize Clydes of Reston on Monday is that it has a 50% discount on wine, and up until recently, a 20% discount on the non-Special of the Month. We were advised that the discount on food is no longer in effect, although our waiter allowed us the discount because we'd not heard about it. That aside, the food and service are highly recommendable.

Halibut was very, very, very good - light with a a nice sauce and seasonal asparagus on top. Softshell crab was very good, but serving deep fried with french fries ( ouch! ) was a little heavy.

Other than having water on my seat when I sat down from the "pourer" the service was excellent. My dinner guest order the calves liver and it was superior. I ordered the shrimp and scallops which was a little more "peppery" than I prefer but I ate everything but the scallops which were not so appealing.
All in all a great night of dining as expected at Clyde's.
My wife and I have eaten at the Towers Oaks Lodge several times but this is the first time eating at one of the other restaurants.

The complimentary coffee cake was a pleasant and delicious surprise. We brought my 5month old daughter and were offered a high chair but she can't quite use one yet so we were able to keep the stroller at the table and then when we weren't using it our server offered to place it aside for us. We had seen Belgian waffles on the online menu but they were not on the menu that day. When we asked our server about it, she offered to check with the kitchen to see if they were available. Even though they weren't, it was nice of her to check for us. I have never had a bad meal here, and it is a regular go-to place. It can get loud in here, there was a table of 10 teenage girls next to us, very enthusiastic.
