Had the Cajun Tuna Bites as appetizer and it was delicious. For entree, I ordered the Blackened Tilapia and it was delicious as well. The food is good not great. Our waitress was very good but had a problem in that she kept having to move away from our table while trying to tell us the specials because the next table was too close and other servers kept trying to walk by. She was frustrated and it made it hard to hear what the specials were. The manager did come over to apologize (hope he apologized to the server too) The prime rib was cooked as ordered and was very tasty. We think the place has improved. The ambience is brighter. The bar seating area has a better flow to it and has many high tables to accommodate multiple couples. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was very good with a wide variety of choices. Drink prices were on the higher side but they did give you a good drink. I would recommend CJ Mcloone's to everyone. The ambiance gave me a feeling of relaxation. Service was great. Will come back again and again.
