Market Plateau (shrimp,oysters,crab claws and lobster) was a great and fresh way to start our first time experience here at this restaurant. Their field greens salad was very fresh.. I ordered the San Francisco Cioppino. Loved every morsel of it, but left some of the linguine because I am trying to reduce the carbs. lol My girlfriend loved the Chilean Sea Bass. The waiter was attentive and engaging (snapped lots of pictures for us). Chocolate cake with candle sparkles, and the Strawberries with cream were top notch. We ordered our meals and were disappointed when the meal was not prepared as requested. The waiter asked if we'd like to order something else; which we did. Shortly thereafter, the manager came to our table, told us he personally inspected the returned meals and profusely apologized. Our newly ordered meal was great. The manager kept checking in with us to see if the meal was satisfactory. He made epitimized GREAT customer service and the food was very good. Our server was very personable and efficient. You would think we were her only table. The menu is quite extensive and a price fixe menu is also available. My husband had the scallops and he said this was the best meal out that he has had in a very long time. I had the king crab. It was not only fresh and delicious, but it was a large portion.
