It was a little too bright, so they brought an umbrella. The service was good and the food was great. We had the crab cakes and short ribs for appetizers and loved them. The Smoked NC Trout was incredible. The best thing is that they were able to accommodate our son's food allergies; which are many. Great experience!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day Brunch 2013We had the most wonderful Mother's Day brunch seated outside on the beautiful patio. The patio is surrounded by plants of all sorts so you do not even realize the parking lot is across from you. While most of the tables outside were full we did not feel crowded and could still hear each other talk.
The buffet was both visually appealing and absolutely delicious! Initially I was disappointed that there was not an omelet station however the buffet had such a variety of dishes that I never gave the omelet station a second thought. To top it off the desserts were positively amazing and I loved the portions. When noon arrived we were took advantage of the bottomless mimosas. He was incredibly attentive and made very regular visits to out table to refill drinks and inquire about our satisfaction, even though it was evident that he was also very busy. In regards to the food, the buffet was more expensive than your average buffet ($30), but they had something for everyone. The best part about their food offerings is that almost all of them were healthy and made with real ingredients. We were warmly greeted and our server was friendly and attentive without smothering. The food was delicious. Thought the desserts were a bit uninspired, but tasty. I liked that they were bite sized, except for the cake.
