"In one last effort to find decent food at City Place, we went with a group of kids and adults, and were encouraged at first when our enthusiastic waiter showed up to take our order. That was the last time we didnt have to flag him down for something, including our drinks, appetizers and main courses. Food was basically mediocre at best. And while not as obnoxious and loud as the outdoor bar adjacent, it is hardly a refuge. Best i can say about the place is it is ok for a quick salad or pizza at lunch or before a movie..."

"The food was great here. My crab stuffed shrimp was one of the best examples of the dish I've ever had. My wife's grilled chicken pesto was equally delicious. Wine list and offerings are extensive and although the server was knowledgeable and competent, she could have been a bit more attentive. Overall a great experience that I recommend."

"City Cellar again proved to be a solid place to take friends from out of town. While the food was a little slow to arrive, everything was perfectly prepared. I had a cucumber martini to begin and it was refreshing on a warm spring evening in south Florida. The oysters were served with a red pepper mignonette fresh. We also had a Proscuitto flatbread that was a hit around the table. Entrees took a while to arrive, but we were not in a rush. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and braised to a perfectly moist point. Others had the Kurobota pork that was delicious, but didn't taste better than a standard quality pork chop. Also, the waiter asked for desired doness but both chops were served well done (they were still juic"

"When we entered the hostess informed us it was Happy Hour as she showed us to our seats. When we tried to order wine we were told it was full price at the table..only half price at the bar. We were not allowed to go to the bar and return with our drinks. A glass of wine was way overpriced. We will not go back again."
