They started us off with a fun amuse-bouche and a refreshing hamachi sashimi/hearts of palm salad which nicely prepared your palette. We ordered the diver scallops, which were cooked perfectly with a nice crust. My guest ordered the bison, which was good and lean, but I enjoyed my Kobe beef special much more since it was richer in flavor. The food and service are excellent. We tried several things and liked them all. I loved how calm and peaceful it was there. I hate going out to eat and having to shout to be heard.
