This is the only restaurant I've been to in SF so far where EVERYTHING on the menu is phenomenal. CB clearly cares about each of its offerings and knocks traditional favorites (fried chicken, burger, onion rings, mac'n'cheese, etc.) out of the park. Tasty innovations on old standards with great plating/presentation. The menu and wine selection also changes often with some seasonality, which is refreshing; especially for someone who frequents this restaurant often. Love this place for dinner (open most nights until 11p!) and brunch.
The wait staff is also very attentive and knowledgable about the menu and wine offerings.
I only gave ambiance 4 stars/"very good" because I recognize its hipster-diner aesthetic might not be for everyone.

I thought this was a great restaurant with a shabby chic vibe. The wait staff was wonderful! They were attentive without being a focal point. The food was delish and served the way you want to eat it. A really fun night!

I was here for Liho Liho Yacht Club Pop up. It was a great experience. Food was on point and they adjusted the menu for my gluten-free needs. I'm sure I gain a pound or two that night.
