Food is good and the house wines are both reasonably priced and a good pour. We took our friends that were visiting from up north and they love it.
One of our friends had the a veal dish and her husband had the sushi . Both of them thought it was the best they had.
I always have the Zuppa de pesce for one. It is my favorite dish and I have every time I go.
I love the red sauce .
My husband likes the shrimp Parmesan , and the portion is huge. He can never finish it.
I would highly recommend Cirella's . Only had to wait a very short time for our table and we did arrive about 15 minutes early. When you eat at Cirella's you know you will get any excellent meal at a fair price. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Italian food. The they serve generous cocktails, have a nice wine list, and the food is very, very good. Our favorite is the Eggplant Parmesan that tastes authentic. They also make a nice Salmon Limone, light and fresh. The Osso Bucco special is terrific when they have it. And the garlic bread "nuggets" are addictive! We've never had the Sushi but it looked good. The service is always good there, and this past Saturday and our waitress, Marissa, did a really fantastic job. And even though they are in a strip mall, they have a nice outdoor dining area. I ordered a special that is a regular menu item on their Long Island restaurant menu, the 16 oz pounded veal chop. They were willing to prepare it Milanese-style for me rather than Parmigiana and it was excellent. It really was too big a portion for one, but it was too good and, as a result, I can't believe I ate the whole thing. The wine selection was good, the service was excellent, and our table on the patio was quiet and relaxing. The food is always above average in preperation skills. Mike does a wonderful job with flavors and serving quality food at fair prices. We have never had to send anything back or complain about
anything we ordered. The chichen, veal, pork ,seafood and sushi are all truly wonderfully prepared and flavorful. The wait staff is
efficient and have been with them in some cases, for years. The restaurant is always very clean and desserts are delicious.
