A highlight of any trip to Las Vegas is a meal at Circo. The food is wonderful, full of flavour, generous portions without being a ridiculous size, beautifully presented, with generally very attentive and unobtrusive service, and a great view of the Bellagio water fountain display when facing the windows. The Frantianno (20 vegetable Tuscan soup) is one of the best soups I've ever eaten, and the desert soufflés are a perfect way to end a meal, light with flavourful toppings of sauce and ice cream. I left uneaten some of the soup and the entrée for room to enjoy the soufflé, not easy given how wonderful they tasted! Communication between servers wasn't up to par this visit requiring the repetition of requests. Responsive to dietary needs!

There was a great view of the fountains at Bellagio. Coming from NY we expect great food and service and Circo delivered. Although not cheap, they seemed like a bargain compared to some other Italian restaurants. Service was the best on the whole trip...better than some of the more expensive restaurants we ate at.

We celebrated our anniversary at Circo and it was lovely. The food was really good, the service impeccable, and the view of the fountains in front of the Bellagio was perfect. Our dinner was reasonably priced for a special occasion dinner out on the strip in Vegas. We loved the interior of this restaurant as well, and the whimsical artwork was awesome. We highly recommend this restaurant. It was a great experience and we'll be back next time we're in Vegas.

A nice place for a special dinner - try to get seats near the window for the Bellagio fountain view. It is much more casual than its sister restaurant, Le Cirque, as diners wore everything from golf shirt/khakis, to post wedding formal wear. If you're looking for a true fine dining experience, choose Le Cirque. If you want good food in a casual atmosphere, choose Circo.

Circo was pretty good overall (other than having to wait 20 min past our reservation time because our table wasn't ready). Service was exceptional and the food was good enough. The meat/cheese antipasto platter was very good, and my companions all enjoyed their entrees. The veal special I ordered was a little dry, but had very good flavor.

The best part of our visit to Circo was the view. The restaurant overlooks the fountains at Bellagio, so you have the opportunity to view the fountain show during your meal. I was not overly impressed with the food, but I ordered the wrong thing. I orderd the Scrigno Di Mare which is half of a roasted maine lobster tail, one dungeness crab claw, diver scallops, atlantic prawns, fresh tomato & basil. My mistake was ordering it over risotto. I think I would have liked it better over spaghetti. The service was OK, but not what I would expect from this type of restaurant. Our table was so close to the others we could hear their entire conversation.

This was a truly a great restaurant from the time we checked in to the time we left. I booked this restaurant for my husband's birthday. We were seated right by the window overlooking at the fountains. Wow what a view! The service were great, but the food was very very good! Must try the filet mignon and the tiramisu. The filet mignon melts in your mouth and was very easy to cut. I will definitely be back again!!

Diverse menu with an amazing view. That being said, the wine selection and the meal do not warrant the price. I am more than willing to pay for good food and wine, but this was nothing that stood out to me. I have had better food for $15 in Little Italy in both Baltimore and NYC.

Circo was always our "go to" location when coming to Las Vegas. We have been there about 7 times for dinner. We love(d) their signature Pici Toscana pasta and the lamb. I'm not sure if it was because we had a late reservation on a Thursday night and they had their secondary team in the kitchen, but the Pici sauce was very oily - it was pooling in the bowl. The lamb seemed fattier than usual (tasted good and I'm aware that lamb is generally fatty). The Caesar salad and the Tiramisu were spot on as usual, but. Our servers were nice and attentive, but they seemed very tired. I did order a double espresso which came out very watery, but I asked our server to remake it properly and she nailed it.

We were a group of 7 for dinner. Honestly, I had a better steak at Toby Keith's I love This Bar and Grill for a fraction of the cost. I also had better service at Toby's. The only thing better about Circo was the wine selection and the very welcoming gentleman at the front door. Otherwise, it took us more than 15 minutes to be waited on once we sat down and we ended up having to rush dinner along because we had show tickets and the wait staff was not attentive. On at least 2 occasions, I personally refilled the wine glasses for the ladies in our party. That's very poor taste for a place that I would have expected nothing but top class service.

I always enjoy the spaghetti Bolognese at Circo....the sauce is about the best you will find anywhere, not just Vegas. The cocktails and wine were also very good, but you have to pay "Strip prices" which is normal - a bit on the high side relative to restaurants not on the Strip or in the major hotels. All-in-all a very good choice, albeit a bit on the pricey side. I've been there before and this latest trip will have me going back again in the future.

After receiving a glowing recommendation, we were excited to dine at Circo, but once we arrived it was obvious that there was nothing special about the place from the moment you entered. As I sank (not comfortably) into the banquette, my husband, who faced the open kitchen commented that it felt like IHOP. I told him to give it a chance, but he was actually right on target, although the food at IHOP is actually better. The staff, clearly disinterested must have had better things to do. It is definitely time for an update to the decor and a re-haul of the menu. Everything felt old and tired, but there was air of affectation, which indicated how out of touch they are.

Martini's to start a special dining experience! Fantastic! Calamari lightly coated and the dipping sauce was delicious. Circo's version of Caesar salad is to grill the romaine...beautiful presentation, large enough portion to share...the Branzino was perfectly cooked as was my spouse's salmon...excellent! The wine selections we tried were perfect to complement the meal, service was attentive without being overbearing....must have the Grand Marnier Souffle!!! That in itself is worth a return visit! Nice touch, they acknowledged our anniversary with a special plate of after dinner goodies and "Happy Anniversary!" written in chocolate.

This is my second trip to Circo. I enjoyed the tasting menu with one of the wine pairings both times. Every dish that I had (5 courses each time) was very tasty. There was not a thing I didn't feel was great (and I'm a picky eater!). At first, the portions seem small but after 5 courses, you are not in danger of leaving hungry at all. I had the regular wine pairing and my husband had the premium wine pairing so that we could share and experience both. They were both nice. Would definitely eat here again when in Las Vegas.

They didn't have halibut this time, so I chose the sea bass. The fish was very small, skin on. Not great. The other dish was thick spaghetti bolognese. It was very greasy. I cannot recommend Circo this time. We don't mind paying more; however, these dishes were not worth the price.

The wait staff was down right disappointing. The waiter never walked us through the menu, but just walked up to us and said, "are you ready to order". He had a difficult time expaining one of the "specialties" of the house and told us the one white fish on the menu was unavailable (before 9PM in Las Vegas!). Bottom line is we had a terrible waiter which I don't beleive is typical as I've had good service in Circo many times before. Another pet peeve....lots of attention to get you to order the fancy drinks....you have to beg to get your water refilled....would not make it in NYC with the staff here.

We loved the food, the wine and the ambience. However, the website says "business casual attire", and there were about five very drunk girls dressed like they were going to the pool (a very sleazy pool). Circo should stick to their dress code and not let these people ruin a great restaurant.

Bellagio's Circo IS modern elegant dining at its best. The decor, resembling a European big top circus, provides just enough whimsy in order to relax in a formal setting. The perfect amount of attention is invested in diners by the staff without being overbearing. The only complaint my dining companion had was that his Peroni beer tasted as if it was mixed with wine or champagne. Beer should be beer no matter where it is ordered because beer is ordered at face-value as pure (even if served in elegant glassware). However, his discontent was more than made up for by the delicious creme brulee we were surprised with for his birthday. And, my grand marnier souffle with creme Anglais was the best dessert that has ever hit my palate! :)
