We found both. We were seated near the windows overlooking the fountains that dazzled the evening every fifteen minutes with lights and motion. We could not hear the sincrinized music from the restaurant but there was no need for it.
Sharred the eggplant parmesian side order as an apetizer, flavor was unmatchable, simular to Mom's from Sicily.
Salad was a delight in flavor as well as a work of art on the plate followed by delicious ravioli and I ordered the salmon, cooked perfectly and delicately. This time I wanted to take my boyfriend, who had never been, for dinner. Right away he loved the view of the Bellagio fountain show. His salmon was the "best he has ever had" and he loved my gnocchi as well. The decor is always fun to look at, as there is a cirque du soleil vibe and the waiters are very attentive and provide great recommendations. We had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains and fantastic service. It was quite an experience and they had a reasonable pre-theater set menu for $49 pp, which is good value compared to the a la carte prices.

Every member of the staff here is a seasoned service pro, led by a friendly manager who could care less about how much you are betting in the casino. Last year my husband and I dined there, and Sirio himself came with his family and sat right next to us. There was a lot of traffic at his table, very interesting. However, I thought later that it might have been nice if he treated u to maybe a glass of wine or desert since our romantic evening was interupted by all of the hoopla surrounding his presence. Will say though that he and his family seemed like warm, lovely people otherwise. And the food is always good!! We went Circo and were seated near to the window overlooking the Bellagio's fountains. It is a small restaurant and nearly all tables seem to have a view of the fountains. We ordered the chef's 5 course tasting menu and the food was amazing. Even compared to comparably priced restaurants in Boston (where we live) the service was quite possibly the best I've ever had, polite and helpful waitstaff, no arrogance, and friendly just enough to be nice but not intrusive on our meal. The food and service are outstanding. The Pici is the best thing on the menu. You must try it, even if just as a side item. The lamb and filet is always good choices. I made the reservations through Open Table and noted that we were celebrating our birthdays. The food was delicious and one of our servers recommended a reasonably priced itailan blend which was also delicious. We had a table with a decent view of the fountains, would have loved to be closer. As the end of the meal came our server asked about dessert and we decided to skip. 5 minutes later our server delivered us two beautiful desserts. What a pleasant surprise.
