Circo is back...just like it used to be...very attentive service and the food was just out of this world, from the vegetable soup to the gnocchi and the pasta Bolognese you just can't go wrong!

Very nice view. We sat in the corner area that was quiet. The waiters were loud though. Food was above average & had a unique twist. We spent over $200 & didn't even have alcohol so it is somewhat pricey. The Colorado lamb was perfectly cooked. Side of Polenta was not that great as it was bland & mushy inside. The side of mashed was watery & inedible. My wife's lobster was perfect & the right size for a lady. I wouldn't get it if you were looking for quantity since it is a very small tail. Otherwise a very nice view with good food. Nothing more memorable than the view.

One of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Went with a few friends when we were in Vegas this past March, and we all had a wonderful time. The view of the fountains is astonishing, the decor is very pleasant, soft music, and a very cozy, romantic setting. Definitely recommend the pork chop, as well as the pastas. I will definitely be returning when I am back in August, as well as any other time I am in Las Vegas.

Consistently great food (try the lamb and the scallops) and a beautiful room make this a nice upscale dining experience without the fuss. However, this visit was marred by an unacceptably long wait for our main course. A bit of pro-active communication by the wait staff would have helped defuse the awkward wait. Note: above overall ratings and service are for this visit only--generally much better.

Food was good but overall experience left me feeling a little sad. The evening was ruined by the service staff. From start to finish it was bumbling, uncoordinated, rushed despite several actual verbal requests to slow it down. Our server was never there when we wanted something and then stood at our table after our entrees were delivered and talked about his childhood while our food got cold! Dining room was beautiful; a nice mix of elegance and whimsy. The wines were outrageously priced but there was a nice selection. The actual food was amazing. From cocktails, appetizers/salads, entrees and a bottle of wine - we were out of there in 1hr5min! Crazy rush and no excuse but to turn a 2 top.
