It also happens to have the best French fries and burgers in town. The fries have exactly the crispness and flavor they should have, and the brioche bun adds a special note to the dish. The staff were great and friendly especially Bryan. He was very jovial and knowledgeable. He made feel comfortable and was very entertaining, and respectful the whole time I was there. Ask for Bryan whenever you visit Circle Bistro, he's awesome! The food was delicious-- I had a rib eye steak with baked potatoes and spinach. You should check them out.
