"I'm from Philly;visiting NYC with my 15yo daughter and her friend for her bday. I picked thisnplace randomly from opentable but also because she is a (bad) vegetarian and they had a lot of options for her. The staff and owner couldn't have been more friendly, attentive and accommodating since the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left. The food was executed perfectly from the simple to the complex. The ambiance wasn't my usual kind of vibe but was still nice and interesting and the overall experience was great. I'd say if your looking for good experience in that neighborhood, stop in and give them a chance. My daughter said she had the greatest day of her life that day and it was in no small part to this dining experience."

"The frittes and the three dipping sauces were delicious. Even my boyfriend liked the dipping sauce which is rare because he's not a big sauce person."

"Really great customer service. Very polite when you call. I had a few requests to change via phone before arriving and they handled it in a very professional and kind manner. Food was delicious also! But there is no complementary bday cake =[ which can be overlooked =]"

"OK - not the greatest, but definitely not the worst. We all had burgers, with a variation for the cheese and additional items. The meat was juicy and well cooked, but fell apart too easily for mine. The blue cheese was scarce.

Bad point: a gratuity was automatically added on the check.

Overall, a good choice for a late dinner if you happen to be in the neighborhood."

"We went in with a group of 8 on New Year's Eve, and were very well taken care of. There was another group in there as well, and the waitstaff was attentive and nice. Several interesting dishes grace the menu, and I particularly enjoyed the "steak martini" small plate... the sauce is super yummy!"
