  • "There needs to be a new word invented to describe how wonderful the wait staff is here. I had my steak fajitas fix and they were terrific again. The hubby had the Tacos al Carbon and said they were great too. Our friends devoured the Taco Salad with Chicken and the Empanadas. Every one was fat, full, and happy...two pitchers of margarita's didn't hurt either."

  • "Cinco's wait staff was fantastic as always. We went lower key this time and split one of the larger entrees, the steak fajita's. They were wonderful. They came out sizzling with a fabulous aroma; and, the steak was cooked to order. The margarita's were tasty as well."

  • "This used to be my favorite place. First, I want to say the wait staff is phenomenal! The food has changed drastically. We'll give it a couple more trips before we write them off completely, but so much has changed since we first started dining here when they first opened. Last Friday, our daughter's cheese dip was luke warm at best...yet again. My fajita's arrived NOT sizziling, not even hot. Isn't that part of the presentation? The peppers and onions were still crunchy. The hubby's quesa fundido wasn't hot either. The tortillas were hot, but so what? A very disappointing meal, which is becoming more common here. Again, wait staff is phenomenal. I'm not complaining about them."

  • "This is a cool spot! I met up with some friends and it was a good first time experience. The food was good, drinks could use a little more kick but the entertainment on the bar side was excellent, live entertainment. The singer kept us entertained with beautiful oldies with a little dancing on the side; Manuel Covington. He sang and performed a little of everything. It was really good, Check it out! I plan to go back soon. When spring and summer hit, the patio if going to be awesome."

  • "Nothing new, but just as delicious as always. I was quite surprised I got reservations on Feb. 14th. We didn't get the Valentines Special (I don't like lobster, although it was a great deal). Friends joined us again making for a fun evening. Everyone's entrée was excellent. Service was outstanding (Thank you Elda!). The food came out quickly. Margarita's were great. What else can I say."

  • "Actually ate lunch here on Tuesday and dinner on Friday. They were busy, but they weren't slow. We were joined with friends this visit, so we lingered a bit longer and never once felt rushed. My Tacos al Carbon were delicious and my hubby's veal quesadilla was excellent as well. I think that is his new favorite. Elda, our server, was great as always too."

  • "Wow! Was it ever busy Friday night. If not signed-up, get on Open Table to make reservations. Service was great especially considering how busy it was. The food was fabulous and arrived hot. Everyone got something different...beef, chicken, veal, soup. No complaints at our table. We even kidded about one guy just shy of licked his plate clean. Two pitchers of frozen margaritas served us well too. Also, kudos to Augustine our server!"

  • "The Grande Fajitas and not just great they are also about the best bargain in town. we generally split this one dish between four adults and often have leftovers. also, their freshly made guac is some of the best you will ever have. my wife likes the Texas margarita and her friend loves the frozen sangria."

  • "We stuck with our usual order and certainly wasn't disappointed. The steak fajita's are the best I've ever had. Any old time metro Atlantans remember Casa Garrado's? Well, better than their's ever were. I never liked guacamole until I tried Cinco's guac. The Queso Fundido is terrific. And, the service is superior to other restaurants, no matter who you get, but some do seem like family by now, since, we see them nearly every week."

  • "This is our usual Friday night place for good reason. The food is always terrific, no matter what we order; the service is always excellent. What more could we ask! The hubby ordered the Chipotle Shrimp appetizer as a light meal, but then helped me finish my Tacos al Carbon (steak). Both were terrific. And, as always the margaritas were great. Looking forward to this Friday already."

  • "Hubby and I each went for a lighter meal this time, and it was just as satisfying. The "bowl" of Chicken Tortilla Soup is HUGE, so very filling. Couple that with a guacamole appetizer and your good to go. Hubby just went for an appetizer as a meal this evening and was content as well. Of course, he had two of their delicious margaritas to fill his belly too!"

  • "My BF and I come here often. The food is generally pretty good, but there are times when they are off their game. One point I must make is don't count on margaritas. Every single time (three strikes your out) I have ordered one it was terrible! Whether it taste like cheap mix with barely any alcohol or being too sweet to consume; I finally gave and just get a shot on the rocks."

This place is the reason I discovered I do like guacamole, and Cinco's guac is fantastic! Everything is always so fresh. We didn't stray from out standards - the best steak fajitas cooked to order, the veal quesadilla, and cheese dip. It was actually nice to not have someplace to be, but instead just kick back and enjoy the day.."

But now the portions are shrinking. This means the value is headed in the wrong direction, and we hope the owners reverse these decisions."

My wife and I went two weeks ago and the food was great, but on Father's Day the food was just ok. Hopefully they can get things back to how they once were."

  • "We love everything about this place. The food is fantastic. Everything we've tried is delicious. The service is superb. And, don't forget the guacamole and salsa with the fresh made chips...not from a bag folks! For dessert try the Aztec Mousse. It's not the fluffy pudding-like dessert you're used to. It's a decadence all it's own. You can share, but I'd get my own if I were you."

  • "The inside restaurant is great, the outside patio and back room are mixed at times. The inside restaurant often has a long wait list. The back room is usually available, but service is mixed - sometimes VERY slow to the point where it takes 30 minutes to get a drink, and after 90 minutes no food after being promised it was up next for over an hour. Guacamole is awesome, as well as most of the food. Music is usually good too."

We were surprised as to how busy it was getting when we left for a Sunday evening, so be sure to Open Table even if you think it would normally be a slow night."

  • "The food was fantastic as always and served quickly. Server had an attitude when we produced a coupon, then made it clear we needed to clear the table. Don't know why. We were there approx an hour. It was the slowest I've seen it on a Friday in a long time and no one was waiting in the lobby when we left. We always tip at least 20% pre-discounted amount. So, I don't know where that was coming from. We hadn't been a problem table, even though my meal came out wrong twice and my daughter's cheese dip was cold. It was kind of disappointing, since we had invited friends to join us this time. Sorry guys. You're still #1 and we'll be back this week, but this trip was way off the mark."
