Only a very patient, older child will be able to tolerate the pace, which is excellent--for adults. The service is, in fact, the best part about CinCin. Given the group they belong to, one would expect good food, and it is very good, but the perfection of the service--neither too absent nor too intrusive, attentive without being "HIIIIIIIII, I'm *AMANDA* and I'm your SERVER~!" And thoughtful touches formed on a base of observation (for example, one of our party was having a birthday which was figured out by the server without being informed, and the dessert was served with an acknowledgement of that--without it being too much.12/3/2013 12:00:00 AMOverall, this was a very goodOverall, this was a very good choice for our group, which was in Vancouver for a few days on business. Everything from the bread and Olive spread to the dessert was fantastic. Excellent salad and excellent scallop/risotto. I am very into healthy living and the restaurant was extremely flexible with the dishes. The service was one of the best that I have experienced. I had a fabulous octopus salad. Delicate and a great mix of flavours. I don't know how they get the octopus so tender! My husband and I each order fish (halibut and sablefish). Excellent dinners. We go early because we like quiet restaurants. The noise level was fine.

Our appetizers were sustainably harvested seafoods (fish) and the presentation of the Vancouver Island Octopus with Chorizoe Sausage and Fennel was amazing. The Tuna TarTar was also fabulous, but the Octopus was....
Our Main courses included pasta, duck and a great seafood salad. The crispy duck was perfectly done with a leg done crispy on the outside & tender and rare inside. The seafood salad was A combo of scallops, salmon and prawns on a bed of mixed flowers, herbs and lettuces. I had the beef carpaccio which was 'molto bene'; and all of the salads, including the ones with beets, were delicious. I also had a Singapore Sling to drink, which was also very good.

had a professional waiter (Larry) whom was all you'd want and very knowledgeable. Which I appreciate always. I typically make the waiter/ress pick my wine and meal and a seared scallop served on a bed of risotto and parmesan was the decision. Which isn't on open tables menu nor their website?? Otherwise I would have been able to remember more:(
Regardless, it was one of the best surprises I've had of late and I'd be back in a heart beat.$100 for two with a half bottle of wine.
