We had a great meal here! This was my second time at this restaurant after having a not-so-great first experience and I am happy to say, it was an excellent meal. The service was great and the food is wonderful- we will be returning for sure (albeit nowhere near a happy hour)!

We have dined at Cibo many times over the last few years, but the service has declined noticeably. We were there nearly 15 mins before our server spoke with us, and that occurred just after we spoke with the manager. The restaurant had many diners, but was not really busy by any means. They were out of the al\\large steak, and my wife's chicken ceasar was just ok. We have enjoyed this place in the past, even holding a large family dinner here, but when the food is only so-so and this service is this bad, we will not be back.

For cocktails we had AHUMADO, MACHU PICCHU, CARNAVAL, SPICY GINGERSNAP MOJITO, they were awesome!! For tapas we had TOROTORO CHOPPED SALAD, SPICY KOREAN PORK RIBS, YUCCA FRIES, CHICHARRON DE CAMARONES, which were awesome!! For dessert, ESPRESSO, BANANA HAMMOCK, AND COFFEE, all were fabulous, we will eat here every time we come to miami

Went here on a first date, ordering the ravioli and risotto with mussels, tiger shrimp, and scallops. Overall food quality was amazing, despite the scallops being a little over cooked. Excellent atmosphere and wine list, and the outdoor seating led to good conversation. Would definitely go back.

This is all you need to know about Cibo. These short ribs were the best. We've sampled short ribs all over Miami, including at the local celebrity chef restaurants where the short ribs are excellent. But Cibo's were TOPS. It must be the Chianti braising. SO much flavor. The service at Cibo is also very pleasant. Our Server, Linda, was professional, efficient, and charming. Great service always adds to the quality of the experience. We will be back.

This restaurant is a gem. The ambiance is cozy, relaxing. You feel as if you are in a private room. Service was very good, even though the wine we wanted they did not have. Food came with relative promptness, quality of food was good. Nothing too spectacular, but good quality and good portions. This was a second time and we will return. The overall experience makes it worth it. Our friends, here from abroad, enjoyed it very much.

We had dined here before, and enjoyed the food and ambiance, especially the trapeze artist who fetched the wine from the glass-enclosed wine cellar. This time, the food was OK, and the "trapeze artist" was a bored-looking women who sat in the hoist and did nothing. When fetching the wine bottles, she would just reach up and get them rather than do any acrobatics. The impression I got was that they weren't trying at all to make sure their patrons were enjoying themselves. For the cost of the meal, I would expect more in the way of service, food quality and entertainment.

Dinner at Cibo Wine Bar is always very good. The appetizers were very tasty and more than large enough for sharing. Three of us dined and each had a different type of entree. One was a pasta, one fish and one steak. All were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Seasonings, used by the chef, enhanced the food without overwhelming the taste of the food. The service was knowledgeable, friendly and very good. The server aided in choosing a nice wine in the price range that I wanted.

I've now been to CIBO multiple times for business lunches and it's now a favorite place. It's beautiful, trendy looking and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. This place has such a large menu! Our entire family was able to quickly find something we liked on the menu. The platter of breads and spreads (including NUTELLA!!) was delicious and the mimosas soothed the soul! We sat in a "U" shaped booth which was perfect for keeping the kids in their seats the whole meal through. There was no wait for seating which is a big plus when trying to coordinate outings with friends and multiple children. We'll be back again soon.

Penso que um lugar cuja proposta e cenário é o vinho, não tem o direito de deixar que a temperatura ambiente seja alta, pois calor não combina com vinho e torna inclusive desagradável um maior tempo. O lugar é quente e, por essa razão, não recomendo.

found Cibo on open table-ambiance is nice but too noisy for easy conversation. Waiter did not listen to order or the kitchen did not care how the order was fulfilled. I ordered the trout which came out with so much salt on the fish and vegetables that it was not edible. We sent it back and to ask three time to see a menu to order another dish. Pizza was ordered well done and came half cooked. The sides of vegetables with other dishes were inedible--CIBO needs serious change

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of Cibo Wine Bar. It's a huge place. So we didn't expect it to be able to deliver a fine-tuned product. But everything was excellent. We were very pleasantly greeted at the door….2 lovely young ladies. The restaurant is beautifully designed. Service was excellent: friendly, helpful, efficient from Xiomera and other servers. An unusually interesting wine list. We had the Miami Spice menu which was wonderful…polpettine, Branzino, and chocolate dessert. Would definitely return.

The Miami Spice menu through September 30 offers a good variety of excellent 3-course dinners from the regular Cibo menu at bargain prices. We liked the tuna carpaccio and shrimp appetizers, lobster ravioli and pesce del giorno entrees. The eggless flan dessert was sublime. At $8 per glass Nero d'Avola was an excellent value. Mid-week dining late in the evening avoids the crowds.

Cibo brings a fresh new style to Miami that has been lacking, the ambience, the food and the staff have a bigger city feel. The decor is modern Italian and is an exciting change from the rather cliched competitors in Miami; the food variety and quality is excellent, with large portions (so beware!). I have recommended this restaurant to friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to recommend it to any who enjoy modern italian cuisine and style.
