  • "Great on the outside.I was excited about dining here since I was given a gift certificate.It's hard to pin point exactly where it went wrong. Well I can tell you that the bread was good but that's about it.We ordered an appetizer: prosciutto with mozzarella in a bed of arugula. You would think the prosciutto would taste freshly shaved it tasted like it was packaged.We then ordered our main course my wife had the Fusilli with chicken and mushroom in a cream sauce and stated that it was a generous portion was served extra hot; however but the taste was bland.I had the Veal Milanese,greasy but that comes with anything Milanese big slice but it was a very very thin piece of veal, potatoes wereok but rapini was bland.Perhaps the Pizza is better?"

  • "There must certainly be a way for an establishment to buffer some of the noise. Like a rekindling of being close to the speakers at a rock concert. The food was very good, not excellent - sampled multiple dishes, some inconsistencies. Good Italian wine selection. Service spotty - very busy."

  • "We met at CIBO wor a working lunch. The problem it was the day USA played Germany for World Cup. The place was a mad house, "and there were only three servers". The servers were super nice, but the service for obvious reasons was "extremely slow". The food was is excellent, but they never brought the appetizers, we had waited so long I told them to forget it. It was obviously not the best experience, however, the food was excellent, the servers who were under a lot of stress, were extremely polite and professional. I will definetely come back "on a normal day" to better enjoy the experience."

  • "The food was great. Big portions. Moderate Price. Service was ok. The girl who served was knowledgeable and she was kind and attentive but I think that she had too many tables to take care off. We got there at 7pm and left after 9pm, for me that was too much. It took for ever to bring the check and then to pick up the credit card. But it was ok, nothing to complaint, as I said she was nice but had too many tables to take care off. I will definitely recommended and I will be back."

  • "I went with my daughter and a friend on a Wednesday night during Coral Gables Restaurant week looking for good food, nice atmosphere and a quiet dinner. I had been before when it was empty. The World Cup was playing on the TV's this night and it was crowded and loud. It was difficult to hear each other at the table. I thought the food was good but not memorable and our service was poor. However, in the past I had great service so I won't judge by just this night."

  • "We made a reservation for our anniversary at Cibo. It used to be fun and friendly. This time the waiter took a long time to get to our table (the bread even got served first) and by the time he came to us, happy hour was over by 2 minutes so we left. The last time we were in Cibo they never even told us about the half off for happy hour. We've been there many times before and they used to come by and let you know it was about to end in case you wanted to order another drink. Not any more. Thanks Cibo for almost ruining our anniversary dinner. Fortunately we were able to find another restaurant that was so friendly and welcoming we decided it would be our new favorite. So long Cibo."

  • "The food is always delicious. We always seem to get a great waiter. This time it was Gustavo from Peru and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the menu. We never go without the manger coming over to our table to ask how everything is. The pizza appetizer is delicious especailly with the oil that you can drizzle on it. There's pepper flakes, cheese, and this yummy oil. We hit ladies night so happy hour was extended until 8 p.m. and all bottles of wine you could order by the glass were half price. So we had a great bottle of ine half price! I always have a great meal here."

When I made the rservations on line, your web site asked if we were celebrating any special occassion,to which I replied that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday.   • "We have visited this restaurant in two other occasions and the food was great. However, this last time we went to celebrate Mothers Day and we were not pleased. My wife's lobster cannelloni was burned and it was not tasty. My steak was fine. My sons meal was average in terms of taste and portion. My daughter's food was not good quality but her boyfriends pizza was ok. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes for the dessert and the restaurant was not that busy. We were not charged for the desserts but they were not good at all. They were tasteless and kind of dry. Overall, this last experience could be labeled Overpriced Mediocre Food.   • "We went for Mother's Day Brunch. Service was polite but spotty, at best, and the food was average. Drinks took a good 10 minutes to get to our table. There was a significant lag between appetizers and entrees. Although my wife said she enjoyed her lobster cannelloni, she said the texture was off. My NY Strip was tough (even though it was cooked properly at medium rare) and lacking flavor. I can't recommend Cabo for brunch."

When we endured a little bit of a situation, it was quickly rectified by both managers. From the greet at the arrival from the hostess to our departure, I would have to say it was a wonderful experience with great prices and portions and very delicious food!"

  • "When we first arrived we were seated on a bench like booth but the seat was a suede fabric and was moist so it was not a comfortable seat. However, the waiter there seemed very nice and friendly. When I asked to be moved we were placed at a table that was good but our waiter turned out to be a clown and was all over the place hanging out with his friends (I guess) at the bar. Every other waiter helped us more then he did I think his name was Tony. I can sincerely say we won't be going back. "

  • "Our waiter was ok . Just really busy and it was our first time there so we had question. He answered them but like he needed to do it quick . The appitiser was good , well one of themes the other was ok.. My meal was ok which was the sea food risotto . I have had better and cheaper. Not a place where I would go back often . . Ooh they gave us lemonchelo at the end which was nice."
