"I will never go back!
Service was unacceptable. Our waiter was rude and impatient with us. We actually asked that our waiter not come back to our table but a manager never bothered to come ask why.

I asked for a drink menu since I check online before and saw the drink menu. They didn’t have one but I was told they could make me ANYTHING. So I went in my ipad and looked at the drink menu and ordered a drink……they couldn’t make it."

"The food was good and I would go again. If you go with several people, you won't be able to hear one another. There were 4 of us and at times you had to ask the person across the table what they said. Service was good."

"We arrived at 5 pm. Evidently the hostess did not check me in on OpenTable. This must be the time the evening waitstaff comes on - we waited a good five minutes before being greeted. Otherwise, our evening went well. The food is inexpensive and pretty good for the money - and the portions are large. Big water glass. This was our second visit - the first was okay as well except for the kid noise. Lots of kids. Very noisy later on so if you seek quiet conversation, go early. Good prices - on par with Olive Garden."

"I had the sirloin steak which was good. The rice and mushroom dish (I don'tknow the name) was awful. I would have liked a potato instead. I did not like the bread."

"My husbands Chicken piccata was fabulous, my pasta was swimming in way too much sauce and not enough flavor. The service was very good, though Ciao seems to be unsure if it is a pizza joint or upscale restaurant. Plastic table cloths,covered with white paper, uncomfortable metal seating, and oversize plastic water glasses say super casual. The white paper is fine, but linen underneath if you want to be taken seriously, and two hands to pick up your glass makes one think big gulp at the seven eleven.
The amount of kids and crayons are also a sign.
Perhaps I assumed it was upscale by the exterior, name and mentions of beautiful lighted ceiling. It's not, and that's okay.
I will try again probably for lunch.Good enough for a second chance."

"Everything was good. I've been a few times and I've liked everything I've ordered. However it's extremely loud and it's difficult to talk to people in a group. Also they were out of quite a few wines on an already limited wine list."

"Great food & service on our first visit. Our opentable reservation worked great. The ceiling that changes color certainly added a WOW factor, but it's a little over the top. We were seated right next to the kitchen which was kind of loud."
