   Ate indoors and felt safe considering current COVID guidelines. The waitress was attentive and general manager helpful and social.

   Food was excellent! Service could not have been better. Reservation for outside placed us in the parking lot. Just a little disappointing. Was hoping for a better table with a reservation. Still all and all a pleasant experience.

   So I am very sad to have to give another poor review , because we have enjoyed Ciao for 24 years. This was the second time I’ve been there in less than a week and unfortunately my experience this second time was not any better than last week when we were there. I’m not sure if there is something going on -with staffing, possibly a new chef?? However our service again was very very poor our wait times for food and drinks was very long, although our server was very kind, we had to ask for drinks we had to ask for bread we had to ask for oil she just either seemed to be very new or not having a good night... and unfortunately the food was not as good as what we have become accustomed to in the 24 years we have been dining there. We ordered the tortolloni con pollo... it was dry, very few tomatoes, huge clumps of spinach... the week before that, no tomatoes on the salad, no chicken at all in the entree, very slow food and bar service... Brenda, the GM reaches out to me after my review last week, she was kind and was sending a token to make up for the issues from last week. It was unexpected but appreciated. I’m hoping that this is just 2 crazy poor experiences. As I said, we have loved Ciao ford 24 years, it was so disappointing to have 2 poor experiences, and with them being 6 days apart, I’m hoping it’s just a new staff training issue.

   Food was good however the kitchen was extremely slow when we there. Service was excellent.

   The food is always excellent and the service was very good, however, I'll never eat on the patio again. It was very noisy and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. It lalmost ruined the dinner. I think at the very least you could invest in chairs that are suitable as dining chairs.

   We have been coming to Ciao! for 24 years and have actually been ordering the same exact meal every time ( boring I know, but we love it) Tonight was disappointing. We had reservations and actually stood at the hostess station for several minutes before we were even noticed and the restaurant was not busy at all- maybe 3 other small tables occupied. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive and the food was missing components. Our salads were missing the tomatoes. Our main entree, a smoked chicken tortolloni, was missing the chicken! Not one bite of chicken in either portion. Our server was kind, they did bring chicken out (eventually) and they offered us a free dessert. Obviously we will come back, but it really was a disappointment to what we have become accustomed to over the last 24 years.

    They know how to make a proper very dry Beefeater Martini 9/10 The gaspacho is very good 8/10 Had Sea Scallops on risoto with pancetta and asparagus 10/10 Management and wait staff very attentive but not intrusive Patio in a rain shower - no problem at all
