I usually do not frequent restaurants twice b/c there are too many I want to try but Chuck's is a staple on my list. Everything in the menu is good,tasty food. If your not in the mood for Bar-b-Que try the not so usual Mexican food. Cafe de Olla is delish, made me cry taste like the coffee my Dad use to drink. They also have an extensive beer list that you can pair with your food. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. If you have to wait for a table,it's worth the wait. Our server did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. It is not possible to make a bad food choice at Chuck's....everything there is fantastic! Amazing bar-b-que menu. I recommend the Carolina sauce. Chuck's has fantastic specials every day. I would love to recommend a dish but there are too many great ones to choose from. Their beer menu is packed with so many imports and craft you can try them all. Their specialty drinks are also a must try. Almost every time we go my wife wil order either the sangria or the mango margarita, both she claims are the best she's ever had. Just when you think that's enough they also serve the best breakfast around. The wait staff was professional and gave excellent food recommendations. Server was prompt, helpful and outgoing. Food was excellent and beer menu is very extensive, always a plus. Parking is a bit of a problem, I would go with valet parking on Saturday night. Our reservation was ready right when we got there and the food was

Like being back home in NC!3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect comfort foodTraditional southern comfort food, but done perfectly: beignets, biscuits and sausage gravy, smoked corned beef hash, poached eggs, pancakes, bacon - everything was cooked exactly as it should be; nothing was greasy, bland, or careless. Even the poached eggs - on a very busy morning - were flawless. Great coffee, friendly service, reasonable prices, and terrific live music.
