Christian Michael's RistoranteDinner for TwoService was very good and courteous. General setting and atmosphere was very good. We enjoyed our overall dining experience. The Tempura Prawns were great! Salads were very crispy and colorful. The spinach and risotto ravioli was good, topped with fresh spinach greens. The hot chocolate brownie was lovely.
Throughout the meal, our waitress was unintrusive yet perfectly attentive. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I had the beef tenderloin with parmisan mashed potatoes and green beans. The meat was cooked to perfection and the marinade was outstanding. The mashed potatoes were also excellent and the green beans were not over done.
My wife had the Coq Au Vin. The chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce was delicious.
Try the caramel cheesecake. We were still talking about it the next day.

The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was really nice. A water glass was broken by accident and they cleared the table quickly efficently with no fuss and our dinner continued as planned.
If I lived in this area it would definetly be the place to take out of town guests. I work in San Francisco so eat in the city a lot. A little disappointed that they had made a special Mother's Day brunch menu as I had my mouth all set for the regular menu. The food though made up for it and I left very satisfied. I would suggest in the future to leave the regular menu intact and add a few special brunch items for the holiday if desired, or at least make the customers aware when they are booking reservations that menu will not be as expected. I left a note in the comments section to the restaurant of the special occasion and the birthday girls name. I thought the restaurant would acknowledge with a lighted candle on the desserts or at least a Happy Birthday from the hostess or server at some point in the meal. It was apparent when we left that they don't read the comments left for them.
