Chouquet'sWine DinnerThe Special Wine Dinner with French Wines paired with the different courses was an especially pleasing event. Few places do this and we are so fortunate to have been there. Each course was beautiful to see and the taste was exceptional...very special event. We needed to have an important conversation but also show them a good time and thank them for their help with a major project. Chouquet offered good food and nice ambiance and - that elusive ingredient - quiet! The wine suggestion was excellent; the food was good with the exception of my entree. The boef bourginon was way too salty, so they offered to take it back and prepare something else. My husband (who loves salt) ate my entree and gave me the rest of his scallops with black rice risotto (delicious). Chouguet did not charge us for the boef bourginon. Classy.
