Yeah - the city's best steakhouse hands down - never disappoints - we love it. On this visit, my 6 oz filet mignon was incredible as are all their steaks. The only thing negative is that I think it's time for Chops to consider changing up the cooked carrots as their standard entree veggie. Sure, carrots have a relatively stable (low) price, supply & quality, they're easy to cook; etc. And I think they're pretty tasty, but some people just don't like 'em. Our server, Manny - who was also great - did make a verbal offer of broccoli along with the starches, which was a nice touch. But I encourage Chops to venture out a bit beyond carrots - maybe change it up seasonally or maybe offer some really awesome beefsteak tomatoes ...

We thoroughly enjoyed the seating, a round booth in the back away from the foot traffic of other customers. The waiter was excellant. The food was wonderful and delicious. I would definitely return and recommend Chops to my friends.

This was our first experience at Chops and we would definitely recommend it to people. Even though it's known for it's beef my wife had their pork chop and it was great! The staff was friendly and willing to give advice on the food.

Jeff was a wonderful server. He made our daughter feel comfortable with her dietary needs, while managing to also make her feel special, as it was her birthday. He was very attentive to the whole table.
My only critiques were that while the meat on my steak salad was fabulous, I was expecting better greens. It almost tasted like salad from a bag; also, either two forks should have been part of the place setting, or, after the salad was taken, a new fork should have been provided. My husband had to get up and take a fork from another table.

Radi our server was very knowledgeable about the food, drinks, very helpful, friendly, quick, very professional and excellent customer service! The food was excellent! Loved my Ahi Poke, very close to what you can get in Hawaii. Plus abundant amount! Pretty presentation and very ONO! My prime rib was just right, asked for medium rare and was a nice pink all over but nice, tender, juicy, not bloody and just the right temperature and texture. The au jus and creamy horseradish was good but felt like savoring it with wasabi and soysauce and Radi quickly answered my request. Made my husband's birthday a nice day to remember. Would definitely go back!
