Great RestauranChops Lobster is one of our favorites in Boca. If we have any special occasion or not...its our favorite place to go. The Bar is fantastic, noisier of course than the main restaurant,but fun. Great band playing always (we even dance a little at their music) the people that work there are all friendly and very professionals.
Robert, in charge of the Receptionists and reservations and tables, is an amazing, friendly professional. Give him a 10.

Their bread was delicious. Was not crazy about their salad dressing with blue cheese, but everything else so terrific. The tables are spaced apart from each other which you do not find so often anymore. We decided to sit at one of the fabulous booths in the bar area as to take in all the action. I wanted to order just the appetizers but the server wanted us to place our entire order. Not a huge deal but not something I like to do. There was very little break between courses. The food was good. I had the swordfish and it was very good. I tried to order it less the potatoes and the server said it was part of the entrée. When it arrived, it had 2 disks of potato which could have been left off my plate without a problem. I did not eat them. Wife had the lamp chop and she said it was good. My wife had lamb chops , I had the bone in rib eye. Both were prepared exactly as we ordered The well done hash browns and baked potatoe were perfect .
For desert , the best cheese cake we have ever had .

The entire waitstaff anticipates our every request . Cocktails are always prepared perfectly. Staff's knowledge of the cocktail menu is outstanding .
We started with onion soup / caesar salad / and crab cocktails . Then on to dover sole / NY Strip and the lobsters. The hash browns were crisp and delicious . The banan cream pie and cheese cake are the most delicious deserts we have ever had.

The specific sparkling wine I requested was ready at the table upon arrival. Service was perfect and other options not on the standard menu were given since they ran out of the daily feature I initially ordered. We started with clams casino (great). She had the lamb chops (outstanding and highly suggested) and I had the petit surf and turf (both cooked perfectly). The side of mac and cheese was bland and not worth it. Since this was an engagement dinner, I was looking for a high end experience and got it.
