I canceled my reservation at the Circular to eat here because the website menu looked phenomenal. The food presentation was nice, but the quality was typical diner food. Not what I expected at all. I was expecting a higher end restaurant. From my salad to the sautéed artichokes and spinach, everything was too heavy with vinegar. The salmon was overcooked with, again, too many almonds. It was a disappointing experience. My companion was disappointed with her meal, too. She also found the Greek salad to have too much vinegar. All she tasted of her peach chicken was the black pepper coating the chicken. We were too afraid to venture to try dessert.

I dined for the first time with some business colleagues at this restaurant. Service, food, and atmosphere were great for conducting business while having an enjoyable time. Our server, Joseph, was terrific. He didn't hover, but was always there just at the right time. The food was also great...unique, yet traditional enough for the conservative palates of my fellow diners. A nice balance!

I had read some reviews of this place and that is why we went there for our "fancy dinner" in town but it was only average. I had the Maryland crab cake which seemed more appetizer sized than dinner portion (and I am a native Marylander). Cocktails were good and wait staff was very nice.

We went to this place not knowing what to expect but it was really great. The food was good and they had a lot of choices to choose from. It has a bit of a greek/medeterrian flare. I would go back next time I am in Hershey.

We had a great salad and delicious veal Marsala entree, but our only complaint was that the meal came out about 5 minutes after salad arrived. Service was so speedy, we were out within 45 minutes. We would have like a little more leisurely dinner. We didn't like the close tables for 2- it seems the couples on either side of us had nothing to talk about, and were listening to our conversation throughout dinner. Would have enjoyed a little more privacy.

This is the my 2nd visit in 2 weeks, because I liked it so much the first time! Got together with 2 friends for lunch and we all enjoyed everything about the restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly, the food was delicious! I had the California Cheesesteak and it was really packed with meat and the roll tasted really fresh! The others had regular cheesesteak and a salad and bowl of soup. The 1st time I went, I just have to mention the Reuben sandwich. FABULOUS! I wanted to order that again, but thought I would change it up. Will definitely mark this as a new favorite place to meet my friends for lunch.

No complaints on the food...very very good. Will come back again for that. But worth noting that the staff was less than friendlly. Maybe our waitress, and the gentleman that seated us were having a bad day. Hopefully this will not be our experience next time.

In a town where chocolate reigns supreme Chocolate Avenue Grill fits right in. Overall a great experience from menu options to the great service to the food! Entrees were refined and well priced (oh yea and they tasted great!!). While you will likely be full after appetizers and entrees, dessert is a nice way to end off the meal with a variety of chocolate and non-chocolate options. We split the Chocolate Avenue Brownie Sundae between three people and it was a perfect sweet ending to a great meal.

We looked forward to a return visit after exceptional experience earlier in the year. Most recent experience was not the same at all. Server was overwhelmed with large party and food came well under expectations. Steak had a significant taste almost like lighter fluid. I was a real disappointment. Not sure that we would care to return.

We ate at The Chocolate Avenue Grill for my mom's 71st birthday. Our server was great, very friendly with good personality. Our food was somewhat slow to get to us; we we're told a big party had just gotten an order in before us. (It happens) The wine list was not great but adequate. The Almond Encrusted Flounder was delicious! (It was about $18. The reviewer that claimed this restaurant is expensive should go back to McDonald's) My mother enjoyed the lasagne. I'd recommend The Chocolate Avenue Grilll and plan to return someday.

The food was fantastic. We share the Noah Sandwich and a tasty salad. Plenty for both of us. We sat at a table by the windows by the parking lot. They were way to close together. You couldn't move. I got up to go to the restroom and had trouble getting by the person sitting next to me even though no one was at the next table. One less table in that section would be great.

This was my first time there. There were 4 at our table. We felt there was too much lemon on the resoto. The rockfish was over seasoned as were the scallops. The service was good. The bathroom for the men was unable to deal with the crowd. The floor around the staff area was very slippery and probably needed washed better. The overall experience was fair. I also felt things were overpriced.
