Chinook Tavern - Denver Tech CenterWonderful EveningFinally! A restaurant still standing after many years that isn't part of a chain. Wonderful energy and yet able to converse with everyone at the table without screaming. Incredible food, delicate sauces and interesting, varied choices. The service was probably the best I've experienced in years. Truly a gem of a night and we'll definitely be going back for more!

One person in our party is hard of hearing and the hostess who seated us gave us the perfect spot. Two of us ordered the calf's liver (a rare find in restaurants) and raved about it. The food and service on this Easter trip were nothing short of "memorable." Tina was a wonderful hostess with much insight. She even took the time to ask me how spicy I wanted my bloody mary. It came out perfectly. Because it was Easter, my wife was interested in lamb. We had not had lamb before at Chinook, and it was "over the top." I got a taste from my wife. The lamb was awesome. And I have stayed away from lamb all my life. Now I won't -- at least not at Chinook.
