"This was our second time here with a couple who had never been, all of our food was delicious,great wine and our waiter was patient while we talked and forgot to order, he was fun and took great care making sure what we ordered was done right."

"The food was good, not great. I thought it was curious when I asked the waiter for his recommendations and they did not include any of their german specialties. The schnitzel had no taste whatsoever. The food was not hot when it arrived. Overall the food was average. The bar is beautiful. If we go again we will sit in the bar and have drinks and appetizers only."

"This is my third time dining at Chinook Tavern. The first visit was excellent, it has been downhill from then on. The place is beautiful, filled with art created by the owner. Our Easter brunch sealed the deal and sadly we will not return to Chinook Tavern for anything other than drinks. The food was COLD, eggs were runny despite asking for them to be cooked to at least medium. The eggs benedict items (we ordered 3 different ones) were a runny, sloppy, cold mess. Desert and coffee was good. Server was pleasant, however clueless and slow."

"Went to Chinook on Easter for brunch. Food was excellent, atmosphere was upscale but still comfortable and casual enough. Food service was a bit slow but we were in no hurry. We had made a reservation for 7 people and they were ready for us right away. Overall great experience."

"Although the food was attractive and flavorful, the service was horrible. The server was rude, arrogant, and sloppy. Soup bowls were cleared over my guests head, the server talked back to my guests as they asked questions or made requests, and simply acted annoyed that we were there. The service would probably be better at the local Applebees. For an average of $15 per plate for lunch, I expect a WHOLE LOT MORE. I will never return to this restaurant."

"First timer - our anniversary. We know the location, but had never been in. Entered through the bar as that is the "obvious" front door (it isn't). No matter. Atmosphere was energetic & colorful, not overbearing like a sports bar.

Got a table shortly after our reservation time. The corner location had a lot of echo and the noise was a bit much, but it died down as tables cleared.

Drinks = 9; House salad = 6; Near stale rolls = 3; french onion soup = 8+; Wienerschnitzel = 8; halibut special 7 (a bit dry).

Service very good from Polina, and earned a good tip. Bit disappointed that management ignored our notification of our anniversary - a "Happy Anniversary" at least? (Mgmt seemed overly busy w/ large parties).
