I was there for my birthday last week,after not going in a number of years, and noted some very positive changes. The service was excellent and very accommodating, much better than I remembered. They now have a happy hour, with $7 drinks (half price or less), and they have reduced the portion sizes from gargantuan to substantial. There is still enough in a portion to share, and the prices are more reasonable, but certainly not inexpensive.
The food was fabulous, mixing tastes from the expected oriental fare with middle eastern and Easter European items. Delicious combinations of spices and flavors make for an exotic meal. Service is very good: attentive and pleasant without being intrusive.
If you are going to the theater, it is perfect. The tasting menu here is unbelievably reasonable ($54) for 3 salads, 2 apps, 3 entress an amuse and 3 desserts. And the portions were really large and the service was quick and kept the dinner rolling without being obtrusive.
