After great success with Sabores del Plata feature on the AJC food and more with John Kessler we bring the same authentic cuisine to Roswell.
If you want to experience authentic Argentinean-Uruguayan cuisine then Chimichurri Steakhouse is the place for you. We serve a variety of parilladas otherwise known as mountains of meat for those meat lovers who can"t have enough. If you want something smaller try our 10oz filet mignon for only 21.99 or if you prefer you can try some of our traditional dishes such as chivito al plato ( thin beef filet, bacon, hard-boiled egg, roasted peppers, tomatoes and a nifty envelope of ham stuffed with mozzarella cheese on top of french fries, green salad and Russian salad), milanesa or just come and try our delicious appetizers which includes a variety of deep fried crispy empanadas, sausage, and a must try our provoleta.

We were fortunate enough to come when there was live music. Our food was delicious. It was our first time tasting Argentinean food. Our server's recommendations were very good also."

  • "Being fans of Argentinian steakhouses, my wife and I tried Chimichurri for the first time for our Valentine's dinner. The food was good and was what we expect from this style of steakhouse. The only problem we had wasn't with the quality of food or service, but rather with the speed. The kitchen and wait staff were overwhelmed by the Valentine's rush and I suspect that they may have been understaffed. In our case, it took us two and a half hours to complete our meal, and we arrived before the rush. I truly believe that on any other night things will go better and we'll certainly dine their again."

  • "The table wobbled The chardonnay was warm Waitress brought1 glass of water for me and a glass of ice for the wine. Never mind a glass of water for my dining partner 1 pat of butter for 4 pieces of bread. Tongue appetizer with potato salad very good but a little less grease to swim in would have been better. Rice with dinner must have been from Uncle Ben's individual cup of rice. Lacked taste. Seasonal vegetables lacked taste Meat was good but a bit greasy Chocolate torte delicious"

  • "On a Friday night at 6:45 there was only one other table seated. The owner of the restaurant was our waiter and the menu was very strange. Many of the dishes were foreign, but with no description or explanation. The owner recommended the empenadas, which were quite good, but dinner was not so great. My husband ordered the meat sampler, which was generous, but unimpressive. I ordered the spinach canelloni, but it had a thick, creamy sauce on it that made it a gooey mess. The house wine was not drinkable - don't order it! I don't think they'll make it much longer and wouldn't recommend it."

  • "Chimichurri is very new, so I attempt to base my review taking that into account. First things I want to make clear are that this steakhouse is a replacement for expensive steakhouses, but by no means does it have the same quality as a result. The place is not remotely comparable to places such as Pampas. With some improvements, it will make for an excellent $20 steaks. Some areas that I anticipate will improve with time: the problem with the place being understaffed, the necessary utensils such as a good steak knife and enough glassware, improved dish quality (soup slightly salty). In summary: I will give the place a second try once some time passes for some of my concerns to be addressed. There is definite potential in this place."

  • "In the end, we enjoyed our meal here a great deal. The food, particularly the steaks and sausages were excellent. The challenges were that they clearly were short staffed on a Saturday night and seem to still be learning how to manage the operations as the restaurant gets busier. In case you haven't read it in other reviews, they do not have a liquor license, so plan on BYOB. We didn't realize that ahead of time, but the waitress told us about a small liquor store in the same complex. I quickly walked over and found a good bottle that definitely would have cost us more with typical restaurant mark-up."
