The salad bar was complete and food very fresh. Although the service was great, there did not seem to be a variety of meats as stated by our head server or by the brochure of meats presented. However, they surely made up the shortcoming by bringing to our table a nice cut of salmon and sword fish, boy was that a tastey surprise. Don't get me wrong about the meats, because they were cooked to our liking and very flavorful. Great selection and the servers are very attentive. All selections I chose were wonderful. And if you're looking for something specific like garlic sirloin they were very accommodating. They also had a fantastic salad bar and many appetizer to choose from - don't eat too much of these or you won't have room for the meat.

We decided to try Chima for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was THE BEST dining experience we have ever had! The food was amazing! The service was exceptional! We have no complaints. It was a fun experience. The drinks were great. Abundant supply of meat and fast service. I would definitely recommend coming here, but I wouldn't revommend valet parking. I paid $18 to valet park and then when I came out to get my car they apparently don't know how to start it. They locked up the wheel and didn't know how to unlock it so I had to walk to my car and start it myself. They didn't give me a refund or anytjing for parking. I recommendinv finding street parking or park in a garage. Both my husband and I have never been to a Brazilian storehouse so we didn't know what to expect. The waitress was very friendly and helpful abduction explained how their system worked. The salad bar was interesting but we didn't see much that we liked which was fine because we came for the meat. There was a quite a selection of meat and most of them were good, especially the filet and the ribeye. The only downside of the evening was we were completly done our appetizers and salad bar before our drinks from the bar arrived, we specifically waited for our drinks to come to start meat service. We also ordered a regular drink later in the meal and about 15 minutes later we had to a different server again to get it for us. Funny thing was I paid using gift cards, of which I had two. The waitress came back and said the bill plus tip broke me even, nothing left on Card and I owed nothing. After 20 minutes discussing math with the server and manager they gave me $56.00 and said now, I was even. I made reservations for Mother's Day and did not have to wait long. Our waiter's name was Chris who made our visit so enjoyable. He was funny and personable. Even though it was very crowded on Mothers Day, our table was ready immediately at our reservation time and service was terrific. It's very noisy in here when crowded so if you are looking for a quiet dinner on a busy day this might not be the place. The food is great and they have a very nice wine list. This is the first time we brought our teen/tween kids here and we had an early dining time. I would not recommend this as a place to bring young children, although there were a several there. Seated on time, nice seats, great service. Eat from the salad bar as wandering skewer bearers approach your table every few minutes to ask if you'd like a slice of rib-eye or sirloin steak etc. 16 choices: two fish, one lamb, two chicken, the rest beef -- every one really good. Even the doneness you prefer. The sirloin went around more often than the filet, but it was all presented within 20-30 minutes. Salad bar 40-50 items, salads and vegetables, though no fruit. Servers bring little dishes to your table -- rolls, croquettes, mashed potatoes and more. Desserts are available but we were too full. Delicious sangria was only $6.

I wouldn't have taken her to any other restaurant for this special day .5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBetter than Fogo de ChaoWe thought Fogo de Chao was the premiere Brqazilian steakhouse but Chima has far surpased Fogo. The service was impeccable and the quality and taste of the meats was far superior. The meats were not overly seasoned so you could taste the difference and distinction of each meat. The barbeque spareribs were better than any rib place we've been to. The two fish offerings added a nice option and both were delicious.
The salad bar was comparable to Fogo, except the fish offerings was a very nice compliment to the variety of salads, vegetables and fruits.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMMy first time at Chima wasMy first time at Chima was this past Mother's Day weekend. We were a group of 5 celebrating my birthday. While the place was totally packed, the staff and service was fantastic. Even as busy as they were, they were very attentive! Food is very good and plentiful. You never felt rushed. We took our time enjoying the fresh and quality salad bar and the many selections of meat. Lamb chops, filet, garlic sirloin and ribs were my favorite!

Chima has a nice space. Before dinner we enjoyed happy hour at the bar. After 25 minutes, a hostess came to the bar to "warn" us we may risk losing our table because we were drinking at the bar. We weren't too upset, but a little bothered that we had to move from the table to the bar to save a few bucks. I mean after all, to eat there it was over $100; the least they could do was let us have a happy hour drink at our table. Moving along! We thought the salad bar was amazing, and the 16 meat choices were awesome. The hostesses/waiters were OK, but we received more help from the bus boys and meat guys.
