One area for improvement is the reservation pontuality, I made a reservation for Saturday night at 8 PM and I was there 5 minutes before and the table was occupied. I was called at 8:25 PM and seated at 8:30PM. The meats were prepared on skewers and delivered by traveling carvers that portioned and delivered your specific needs in preparedness (rare, medium, well etc.)The price was not inexpensive but well worth the money for the experience. All peripheral dinner aspects were buffet style with an enormous salad/sides bar offering just about every possible appetizer. The meal will include hot sides delivered to the table by your serving team - yes team. Those will include deep fried bananas, mashed potatoes and fried palenta.

My wife only eats chicken but there was plenty of other items to induldge her tastes as well. The service was phenominal and on point even though the place was extremely busy. We sat without a wait. Ther servers were incredible and very fun to be around. The salad bar cannot be beat and the meat is consistently excellent. Even the salmon and swordfish (with the passion fruit sauce) are REALLY good!

The salad bar was unbelievable and the different meats that are brought around were quite good.
