"
Chima has everything one might expect from rodizio. Small chain with only a few restaurants, so it seems more intimate than some others. The salad bar is exceptionally fresh and the meats are good. Although top sirloin is usually a restaurant's less expensive staple, the top sirloin at Chima is really a top sirloin cap (picanha) and is by far the most flavorful cut of beef. Other meats (including chicken and other cuts of beef....didn't try the lamb or fish) were a bit dry and not very flavorful. Chima is expensive, especially if you fill up on salad or the table vegetables. The decor is nice, but the first room is not very charming. Try to sit in a room near the salad bar, or in a booth near a window, but not the first room you come to.

Excellent experience, excelllent food, the wait service was a little light given that it was very early Sunday and the restaurant was quiet. We were impressed that there was a notation for our check and we did not have to mention it. Salad bar is the best for any of the Radicchio places. The gauchos were especially attentive with the meats.

I took my fiancee here for her birthday. I have been here many times. It was her first. She loved it. She especially liked the salmon. I enjoyed the swordfish. It is kinda pricey but worth the money. Will definitely take her back again.

There was six in our party. We went as an after Holiday Dinner/party. We had a great time, food was out of this world and the service was amazing. We were not aware that there was outdoor dining. We had fun, menu was a little pricey. Great for special occasions!
