One for service second for food and ambience. Libby the bartender is by far the best most personable women I have met. There is also a number of servers that make every dinning experience special! They are never annoyed when we bring out high energy child and they make us feel we are the only table.

We had two small children which had been written into the notes, but in the number of diners. The manager was notified and he resolved it quickly to our satisfaction and theirs. The food was very good, and our waitress very attentive, even with the smaller children which many times can be a problem. When one dines in an upscale restaurant with smaller children, it is always a concern as to how welcome they are. I asked for a nice place to sit... we were put at the booth closest to the kitchen. Needless to say, not very romantic. One other thing... a dessert menu! Understanding cost, options and so forth is important to customers. Having to ask the price and details could be uncomfortable for some.

The decor and image is very upscale, but there were many families with (well-behaved) kids and people dressed very casually. For the menu prices it seems a bit of a letdown in ambiance, but I'm not a high-class type of diner anyway, so I felt comfortable, though it wasn't exactly an intimate/romantic feel either. So just a 'warning' for anyone who is expecting a "fine dining" experience, you may want to head downtown Minneapolis. (The fact that it's located in a strip mall parking lot should be a clue) Regardless, our server was fantastic and the food was as well! Once you get through the huge drink menu in the front, they have a very nice lunch menu. I had a chicken caesar salad which was huge and took half of it home. It was a lot of lettuce and could have used some more "caesar".
