"Way way overpriced, it was $165 (with tip) for two of us. We only had an appetizer, two small glasses of wine (1 each) and our main course ($44 a piece). The food was good, but it was so expensive it didn't matter."

"Hidden gem in Lafayette! We had the fabulous scallops, perfectly cooked as well as the sole. The chef uses tiny veggies, which are a bite of spring. Wonderful French wines are a great addition the authentic French food. We'll be back!"

"The food is authentic French cuisine and rich and flavorful. The restaurant inside is small but we did get a window table. The service was excellent and when the sun comes out we will go back soon to enjoy the outside dining."

"Most of us were disappointed. First of all the table for 6 was too small. It was not comfortable and there was not enough room for all of the wine glasses, wine, flower, candle, and shared appetizers. We constantly had to shuffle things around. No red wine glasses.
Food - for the money it cost is should have been fabulous. At best, the consensus was that is was just okay. I had sweetbreads which were unevenly prepared. The small vegtables in the dish were undercooked and the sweetbreads texture seemed like they had been heated up like they were cooked before.
Souflee - too eggy, not enough flavor.
Service - very uneven. Bus boys were untrained and our waiter had to constantly tell them what to do and when to do it."

"The ambience and the food were outstanding! A nice change from "California Seasonal Cuisine". French, but not overly heavy....deep rich flavors! We can't wait to go back. Our waiter was delightful and helpful on wines, etc."
