  • "We went on a double date with friends and had a blast. Great food and drink list! We were able to laugh loudly and take our time at our table to wrap up good conversation. The restaurant service was absolutely fabulous."

  • "the flourless chocolate cake was very good. The chicken scallopini entree was bland. It lacked flavor. Unexciting dish. I would not recommend ordering it."

  • "The food was good and reasonable price. The waiter was very attentive."

  • "This was a good place to meet a friend for dinner. Easy to find and get to with a nice menu selection and good food. Nice wait staff, which was attentive but didn't pressure us to order extras. Best of all, they left us alone to talk when we were done with our meal. I'd prefer it a little quieter, as the noise level was a bit distracting."
    Dined on 4/1/2014
  • "Brunch was great and service was good overall. The noise level was almost rediculous though. They sat a large group by my friends and I who did not control their kids. Management did not say nor do anything even when the kids were running in front of the servers coming out from the kitchen. I know the noise from the kids is not the resteraunts fault, at least completely, but the sound level overall was way to loud for an "uposale" resteraunt. Overall a good place to go, and probably will be back to give it a second shot with the noise level. Monday nights are half priced wine so we may have to check that out as well."

  • "Service was prompt and very professional. The food was good but our dishes contained a high level of salt which overshadowed the natural flavors of our meals. Overall dining experience was very good."
    Dined on 3/29/2014
  • "I had never had dinner there before, only lunch. The dinner menu was great--lots to choose from. I had the mushroom ravioli, my friend had the shrimp and grits. We were both more than pleased. Walking through the bar on the way into the dining room it appeared to be a very lively scene. Prices for the dinner very reasonable."

  • "Delightful dinner, as always, at Chef Geoff. Now just waiting on the weather so we can sit outside -- best place in Tysons area to sit outside.."
    Dined on 3/26/2014
  • "I would have to say that for the amount of money we spent here, we would have had bottomless mimosas or drinks and endless amounts of foods at other OpenTable brunches. The value is definitely not worth it. I would like to come back and try lunch or dinner menu. I do not recommend this place for brunch."

  • "Absolutely the BEST!!! Excellent food presentation, taste, and wine options!!! The service was excellent as always!!!"

  • "Superb food and wine options!!! And absolutely superb service!!! A 10++!!"
    Dined on 1/17/2014
  • "Not a huge wine list, but the wine on the list was outstanding. I also enjoyed the entire experience."
    Dined on 3/18/2014
  • "Food, service and ambience wonderful. The only negative is that it is a bit noisy."
    Dined on 3/18/2014
  • "The restaurant being away from the Malls and main roads makes it calmer than many other choices in Tysons. The decor is very pleasant and the service was great. I had a business lunch there and it's a good spot for that. The food is what you would expect from Chef Geoffs, consistent, tasty, but nothing fancy."

  • "First time at Chef Geoff and went there for a birthday party. The staff was wonderful and our server very good and knowledgeable. We had the lentil soup - a little thick - which the waiter warned us. My biggest complaint - and this happens at a lot of restaurants - was the wine selections. The wines were very much overpriced. We ordered a $48 dollar bottle of Chardonay - and that was one of the cheapest on the menu. Why can't a restaurant sell a $25- $30 dollar bottle of wine. I would not go back there again because of the wine prices. The food was good but not good enough to compensate for the amount of money we spent to have a few glasses of wine with dinner."

  • "Every time I done at Chef Geoff's the hostess, waiters and food are ALWAYS the same--- friendly, polite and attentive and the food is good."

  • "Consistently good food and drink. We had reservations for a table, but chose to sit at the bar. Service was spot on. Our bartender recommended the duck breast for my husband.... it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious!! I loved also that he kept my water glass full. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work!!"

  • "Who would have known that there's a little corner, hidden behind the likes of Tiffanys at Tysons Corner where you can grab a late night dinner after a concert. Everything was delicious. The table attention was perfect; not overbearing, but certainly attentive. While I only got to taste someone else's pizza, I know I'll be back to try that. The dinner salad with chicken was well prepared, but BORING!!! It needed to be kicked up a bit with ~ whatever... A fried oyster or a remoulade ~ or something... Nice meal anyway! Oh, I stole everyone else's desserts ~ they were super."

  • "I have had 3 lunch meetings @ Chef Geoff's over the past year and each time is a delight. Not only is the food delicious but the service is outstanding from the valet, hostess and wait staff!"

  • "I loved my Steak Frites, but my wife said her Crab Cake Sandwich was "ordinary" and "not tasty". Friends enjoyed their trout and risotto dishes. The restaurant ambience was warm and welcoming, and service was attentive without being overbearing. Valet parking was efficient and inexpensive."
    Dined on 3/15/2014
  • "Disappointed. Service was slow noise deafening. My hamburger was raw not medium rare. I will not be likely to return."
    Dined on 3/13/2014
  • "My crab cake was cold. We were not offered fresh ground pepper."

    Dined on 3/8/2014
  • "the email I received earlier in the week seemed to say the half priced wine deal with being offered for Tuesday night because of the snow days"

  • "Great brunch (love the biscuits!). Great and attentive service. Very accommodating. Even better - the car was waiting for us at the front door when we left! What's not to love? :)"

  • "Yet another great brunch @ Chef Geoff. We had a big party (15 people). Even though it was a big chaotic at times with 7 little kids, the two servers were attentive and service was excellent. As usual, they took great care of us, especially with my son's dish due to his multiple food allergies. Despite all the other food options in the area, we keep going back!!"

  • "We went for my birthday dinner. I had the scallops, my wife the short ribs and my son the CO burger. The server was very helpful and friendly. We will be back often."
    Dined on 3/1/2014
  • "My husband had the Shrimp and Very Gouda Grits, which was good. However, I had the duck, which was awful. It was very low quality meat, accompanied by dry gnocchi and very little and tasteless kale."
    Dined on 3/1/2014
  • "Overall very good, creative menu and food was very tasty."

  • "We just recently discovered Chef Geoff's and we think it may become one of our new favorite places. Very reasonable, great food, great service!"

  • "Food was really good and tasty. I tried for the 1st time the salmon burger and I liked it a lot. Service and ambience were a very good fit for us."

  • "1/2 inch NY strip steak? and it was lukewarm? tasteless, lukewarm potato wedges instead of true rites? Glass of wine 1/2 of a reguar pore? $50? Not going back....."

  • "I was meeting my cousins for an early dinner and needed a place near Tyson's. I had always heard of Chef Geoff's but didn't know what to expect. The menu ranges from casual fare to tempting entrees. They have an AMAZING sunset trio special where you choose from a limited menu of full size portions. You cannot beat the price for 3 courses! The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selection. The wines were not typical and the prices were very reasonable. You can tell that the owners put a lot of time and effort searching for different wines. I watch what I eat and there were so many things to choose from. They cater to all and I will definitely return...."

  • "Very nice brunch menu. Enjoyed the brie French toast and the waffle with caramelized bananas. Nice complimentary cheese biscuits with 3 spreads to start."
    Dined on 2/23/2014
  • "Food was great, staff wonderful, ambiance generally fine. The issue with this restaurant is parking (all reserved for Tiffany's customers) and finding it. It is not easy to see, find, or park. Otherwise, good restaurant."
    Dined on 2/24/2014
  • "We have been to chef Geoff in the past and had a good experience but not this time. My husband ordered his steak med rare and it came out raw. He sent it back and the middle was still raw. The manager offered him an arugula salad while his steak was cooking which he did not want. He should have cancelled his meal because by the time it arrived I was through my meal. We were never offered any compensation such as free desert for our inconvenience. The service was also not good."
    Dined on 2/22/2014
  • "Nice restaurant and was perfect for a not-too-wild ladies night. Food portions seem bigger for brunch (which btw is one of the best brunch places in town), but very tasty."
    Dined on 2/22/2014
  • "I have nothing bad to say about my experience at Chef Geoff's. The food was amazing ... I will be coming back for the Tuna Tartare! Our waiter Kevin was fantastic!"
    Dined on 2/22/2014
  • "We went to Chef Geoff's to celebrate our girlfriend's birthday. We ordered 2 appetizers and 6 main dish and shared them family style. We got to try all the dishes and all of them were great. We had wonderful time catching up and eating great food. Service was great and never felt pressured to leave. We were one of the last people at the restaurant. We will definitely go back."
