Chart House Restaurant - MiamiGood ambianceWe enjoyed our lunch at the Chart House. The view was nice and the food was delicious. The only down side would be that there wasn't as much of a selection as we would have liked, but what we ordered was very good. For example, being on the water and next to a marina, one would think they would have oysters and they weren't on the menu. What a great call. Table under cover outside on the water. Mom travels by wheelchair, and the Charthouse is wheelchair friendly. Server Adam was perfect. Mussels were tender and delicious. The Lobster bisque was hearty, clam chowder ok, the gazpacho was excellent. Halibut with shrimp was moist, flakey and perfect. Snapper topped with lump crab was excellent. Best might have been the KING Salmon. Went well with a German Riesling. Try the chocolate volcano dessert. Takes half hour to make, so order when you order your meal and ask for extra spoons.
