We had a river front view and our menus were personalized with our anniversary ! The food was excellent and the salad bar is even better. Our server Donnie was good. Wish he would have asked about the ground pepper on the salad. Thats always a nice touch! The overall experience was great. WE already have plans to come back in the near future. My only criticism is to get a new bolder coffee. I love coffee and end each meal with a cup. CH coffee leaves a little bit to be desired. It is a special place in Melbourne like no other. The location is fantastic (after you find it). If you are lucky you can see dolphins jumping and pelicans feasting a few yards from your comfortable air conditioned table. Early dining offers the chance to watch kite sailing too.

The waitress ("Sarah") was outstanding, present when needed but otherwise, inconspicuous.
Sarah suggested Calamari & Friends and the Crab Avocado Mango Stack. The two appetizers complimented each other and was a very nice start.
The entrees were well prepared and nicely presented. My Macadamia Crusted Mahi was cooked perfectly.
Meal ended with Chocolate Lava Cake, Key Lime Pie and Mud Pie.

It was our first dining experience at the Chart House. We arrived at 6:50pm and weren't seated until 7:35pm however this was the only disappointment of our experience. Our service was provided by Pat who was gracious, courteous and knowledgeable of both the wine list and menu. The menu provided to us was printed wishing us Happy Anniversary, which was a very nice personal touch. We ordered a bottle of wine, appetizer (lump crab with mango, red bell pepper and avacado), the Filet Mignon and Salmon with a side of asparagus finishing with a serving of Key Lime Pie and coffee. The food was splendid. We haven't been the Melbourne CH in a long time, but the food and scenery are always good. The Caesar could have been a little more crisp, but again, it was a very busy holiday! The desserts were fantastic. We ordered the Mud Pie and Lava Cake (ordered with the meal).
