The only thing I find wrong is you do not have something for persons celebrating a special occasion.

While we were a bit disappointed that this particular CH did not have a salad buffet (with the high end items like caviar and carpaccio) that enamored us in Lake Tahoe, it was still a tremendous experience. We love everything about the CHGN: service, atmosphere, and most of all, the food, which included the stone crab claws - which took our collective breaths away.

The restaurant is great with a huge salt water fish tank in the middle. The food and service are always woonderful, and this time was no different. Lynette was our waitress and she was terrific.
