. Good options. Great service . Good food. Nice ambience. Great location. Complimentary parking is a plus.
The only issue is that the kids menus have complimentary drinks only from the soda fountain. We had to pay extra 3-4$ for milk and lemonade a for the children. Our recent experience felt like the old days. We received a warm welcome, attentive service, the cocktails were excellent, and our mixed seafood grills were exceptional. Since then I have gone to many other locations and all of them have been wonderful. I recently went to the Melbourne Chart House with my Grandson and the view was so beautiful. We all had a great time. He is five and I want to expose him to some of the best food and service there is. Thank you...

we could tell the hostess was breaking in some new people and they were unaware of where to sit us when they sat us next to a large and loud party but we asked to sit at the next table to have a little buffer. we were accomodated and it was fine. they also forgot to give us the menus with the birthday girl's name but we had to ask.

The menu actually said Happy Birthday on it. The food was just too good to put into words and our waiter could not have been more attentive. He even gave us a brief history of the building we were in. He made menu suggestions, but wasn't pushy about them. Again, the best experience and birthday I have had in some time. Valet parking made it easy in and out. Very friendly and accommodating wait staff. A little bit of a wait for our table, but understandable due to the crowds for the Holiday. We have would like to think that we know good fine dining. This place was excellent! The service was great, helpful and polite, but not overbearing. My wife and I both enjoyed the stuffed scrod and crab cakes. My daughter, being a chef herself and sometimes overly critical, raved about the Asian salmon. She had never had it cooked so perfectly and the flavors blended so well. Clam chowder was excellent, loaded with clams, though a bit on the salty side but that was fine with me, just kept dipping my bread in there to even it out. Ordered the fried calamari which was a little on the overly deep fried side, but still good. Had the prime rib, very tender and juicy. Molten lava cake for dessert was superb, but was just too full to enjoy it completely. Next time we'll skip on the extra app and just enjoy the meal. Definitely so worth it. The clam chowder was full of clams but a bit too salty. the lobster roll was awesome. The shrimp scampi also tasted really good. i ordered the lava cake but it was dry and there was no "lava". My sis' mudpie was so good. I didn't expect it to be so good. The wait wasn't too bad when we got there, but we did have to wait about 10 minutes past our reservation. We sat at the bar and the drinks were fantastic! The bar tender was very friendly and made the time go by quickly. We then had our main course upstairs and the waiter was fantastic also! Very attentive. And of course, the food out OUTSTANDING!
