Chart House - Atlantic CityLove it!I have enjoyed the Chart House location in Weehawken for a few years and it's sister location did not disappoint! Actually, it had a prix fixe option not available up North that I wish was. I was also so happy to bring my mother since she knows this is one of my fave restaurants and my husband and I use any excuse to go! We will be bringing my dad and husband back next time we are in AC! Our waiter was very nice, although very slow and disappeared at the beginning. Drinks took a while and weren’t consistent with what we received at the bar. We had asked for more bread; didn’t arrive until we were eating our entrees. Calamari was good (chili sauce a bit too lime-y), Caesar salad was cold as it should be. My snapper Hemmingway was exceptional. Ran rings around the same dish at the Alexandria location. Lobster mac & cheese was very tasty although I don’t recall much lobster meat. Husband loved his ahi. Chart House offered that to us we sat a a beautiful table overlooking the marina and dined very well on King Crab Legs and Specialty Scallops everything we done just right. The lounge has a great view with excellent service and a terrific menu. The service in the Dining room was tremendous and the view of the marina was very romantic. We will be back next time we visit AC and recommend it to all.

Borgata has great places to eat but theyt are all closed in, dark and you feel so removed. Chart House and the view took you away from it all. All tables have a nice view. Service is very good, and friendly, except they want to turnover tables as they are always full, and we felt a bit rushed. We were asked if we had finished each course multiple times while we were still eating. They brought our bill before we asked for it. The food is very good, but excessively priced. But we were sat in a booth that caused us to stare at the people in our view. I would have liked to be able to reserve my own table but it says on their website that they can't grant requests for a window seat. We were seated immediately by a window with a beautiful view of the marina. Service was excellent. Oysters Rockefeller and hummus trio were yummy. We both had the seafood mixed grill and it was to die for! Great service, everyone was so attentive. The 1st appetizer we chose included East meets West Tuna, a wonderful plate with tuna seared around the edges over a fresh, crispy, and spicy cole slaw along with tuna sushi pieces dotted with wasabi. The second appetizer was crispy coconut coated shrimp that were delicious. The first fish entree was the chilean sea bass in a light sauce made with applejack and cherries with wasabi mashed potatos. The fish was perfectly done and the sauce was very appreciated. The second main dish was the Miso salmon. Salmon chunks (picture chicken tenders) were coated with a lite miso but the salmon was too well done. The view overlooking the Harbor is really pretty. It was a cold cloudy day in March and it was still nice. For the money I paid, fat on ribs shouldnt never been part of the menu. We ordered drinks, which was good but must've been non-alcoholic even though that's not wait I paid for.
