From the shambles as we arrived to the point at which we finally walked out after being there 75mins without getting any food, this was an evening to forget. People who arrived later than us with a later reservation but made a fuss got seated first. The server asked us twice if we really wanted a whole bottle of champagne and then had no clue how to serve it - it came to the table open for example. The server forgot the beer that had been ordered to the point where we went to the bar ourselves and got it. Service was extremely slow. We finally gave up .

Everything was very good, but as it was our first time there, which I told the owner who seated us, I was disappointed in being seated in the bar area, very close to tha bar patrons & tv sets. Since there were available tables in the lovely dining area, I don't know why we were seated in such a public area.

It was a bit overpriced and the food was not as good as I thought it was going to be. Service was ok. We had two waitresses who didn't look very happy to be there. There was another waitress (not one of ours) who offered to come over and take a picture of the whole family for us which was very nice of her. Don't think we would book here again soon.

The restaurant is a favorite of ours esp. for New Year's Eve. We enjoyed our delicious salmon which was made perfectly. The sweet potato sauce and spinach added much flavor to our meal, too. It was nice to sit with our wine before ordering and everything that came was well-spaced. Our waiter, David, was excellent, attentive, and allowed us to enjoy our entire meal without rushing us. We will always return and hope to be there for Valentine's Day!

Nice freindly family run restaurant with good food choices and reasonable prices. Known for their Crab Cakes,it is definetly worth stopping by. An early bird special is a bargain to say the least.

We went for NYE dinner. The food was excellent but our server was obviously distracted. She was very pleasant but we had to ask repeatedly for drinks. My husband asked about substituting (double veggie instead of potato)and she didn't bother putting in his special request or explaining why they couldn't do it. So good food but disappointing service.

We had visitied this place once before and was happy then. Our most recent visit was delightful. The service was not only very prompt, but friendly and very efficient. Our waitress was verry friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was exceptional. We had Lobster Bisque which had huge chunks of lobster, the ownser visitied our table with a sample of pumkin roasted crab cakes which were delicious. I had the Steak and Cake which included a perfectly cooked filet and a Charlotte's crab cake, and finished with a fabulous Creme Brulee. My wife had a the Panfied Sea Bass which she said was fantastic. We definately will be back.

My wife and I had dinner at Charlottes for the first time. The food was very good. The ambiance was a little dated (1970's wedding hall). Service was excellent, with timely food service, and the food was hot and fresh when it came out. We got the calimari for an appetizer and it was delicious. My wife ordered the Charlotte's Special and I had the Admiral's platter. Both were very good. My only pet peeve is that the shrimp still had tails on it. It fine when its a finger food, but when its in a sauce, I prefer no tail. All in all, a very enjoyable dinner experience and we will be back.
