"We are local and this is the first time we had dinner at Charlie Palmer's Steak House. The service was mediocre at most. The team approach they talk about doesn't make sense without an explanation and it makes the experience confusing. A majority of the food was fairly good but, two of our potato dishes came out almost so cold that without sticking my finger in the middle of the food I would have swore it was frozen and heated but, clearly not enough. At that price range in that type of establishment the service and quality of food should have been at least mediocre and it was far from it."

"What an amazing experience! We celebrated our anniversary here and were seated in a very romantic table that made it feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was excellent and there were nice surprises from the chef throughout the meal. We will definitely return to Charlie Palmer's next time we are in Reno!"

"This steakhouse is a unique experience for Reno. This isnt an old-skool steakhouse with the tableside prep and dark motif. Rather, Charlie Palmer is a modern steakhouse with a wonderful menu and amazing service. Cities like Las Vegas and Miami have these sorts of places all over, but for reno, Charlie Palmers stands alone."

"I think that it's the best restaurants at the GSR. The food is always good and the décor is nice and modern and the way it's divided up makes it feel smaller. Every thing is à la carte and the sides are good. Like any nice steak house it's on the more expensive side so regular visits are probably not going to happen for most people. They do give a few nice treats with the meal. You get three dipping sauces and then a little plate or sweets at the end."

"From the moment we arrived at the hostess stand until we stepped back out in to the casino, our time at Charlie Palmer's was a total and complete experience of the senses. The service was out of this world, the food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was lively yet offered up privacy and romance if so required.... all senses were fully engaged. It was a special evening for my daughter's 21st birthday, and I can ensure you it is an evening she will never forget..."
