Everything was wonderful and they brought us something special after desert for bout occasion. Food was wonderful as well as the wine. We ordered the fixed menu and added to it as well. We are in Vegas several times a year as trade show producers and have been to practically every top restaurant and while they've mostly been great meals not one of them provided the top level service we had here. Enjoyed the "Cut of the Week" menu with the bottomless wine pairings which was a perfect combination. The dishes were all well prepared, presented, and delectable and the wine paired well. Our main server did an excellent job of describing each dish and ensuring the dishes were timed perfectly and unhurried. He ensured the other servers were discreet when re-filling our water and/or delivering the dishes. It was also a nice touch to have both the Sommelier and General Manager stop by our tables to see how we were doing. The bartender was excellent. We were then seated. We chose to order the cut of the week menu. The courses were spaced perfectly and the portions were more than enough. Their 3 course "Cut of the Week" is the best offer on the Strip. $48 gets you an a salad, steak with 2 sides, and a delicious dessert all are paired with BOTTOMLESS red and white wine.
I'm not a big drinker so I was also very excited to hear that they served Coke instead of Pespi.
My only problem with the restaurant is that they don't give free refills on soda, which I think is ridiculous. I was also never told when they asked if I wanted a refill that I would charged for it. A great deal anywhere, this meal was especially good for Vegas, which can be so very overpriced. The menu changes weekly. Ours included panzanella salad with a good white wine, hanger steak with a grenache blend and a butterscotch creme brûlée. It was my friend's birthday and they brought us not just one birthday dessert, but several to share. The service was good (although I had to ask for cream for my coffee twice), but the food was not great. My soup had little flavor (and very little lobster) and I, for the first time EVER, added salt to a dish in a restaurant. The Ceasar sald was not very good either with the dressing not tastful. Although the Wagu strip steak was cooked to perfection, the portions between me and my wife were uneven. The asparugus was not prepared properly with the fibrous bottoms ends being left on.
