Presentation of food was excellant5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMPost-golf celebrationMy son and husband celebrated graduation from Colorado School of Mines with a round of golf at the main course. I believe a picture on the first tee in full cap and gown regalia was taken and will be enjoyed for years.
The completion of this round of golf required a nice, quiet place to relax, enjoy a cocktail and then a wonderful meal. Charles Court knocked the ball out of the park! Very nice! My wife has food allergies and so eating out is often a challenge but it was her birthday and she wanted to go out. When informed of the challenges we have with food they went out of their way, including creating dishes not on the menue, to ensure we had a memorable experience.
