"Amazing food selection. Not a massive menu, but each menu item was tempting in its own way. Four of us shared the bone marrow and escargot, roasted beets, duck poutine, broccolini. Prime rib was amazing, as was the butcher steak (with tasty chimichurri). Excellent service, very professional servers and management staff."

"Always packed, great vibe; young to old crowd. Service is outstanding; family style-plate sharing is the way to go. Prime rib a highlight (if on the menu); smashed potatoes are a dream; hot Italian sausage is a hit but potion is very small for the price (IMHO). Mortadella awesome. "Fit for foodies" but not pretentious in any way. Have been numerous times -- food consistently great; you won't be disappointed but be prepared to shell out a bit of dough if you intend to order multiple appetizers and drinks - the scotch portion size was wee. Wine selection not an issue and there are great 'home made' cocktails. Have a great night out and head here!"

"A co-worker and myself make sure to go to Charcut for lunch atleast once a month. A few of the waiters know us now and can serve our drinks without even asking what we want. I recommend CC to everyone who mentions they would love a good lunch downtown. Charcut is hands down my favorite place to eat. (I have never been for dinner)The service is soo fast, food is amazing and the staff are very personable and sweet.

"Having had a great time at lunch in a previous visit, returned for dinner pre-theatre. Steak and pork chop mains were perfectly cooked, sides were tasty and innovative. Shared Okanagan peach / cheesecake dessert in a jar was a bit small but heavenly. Front of house welcoming, and service from Mikhaila and colleagues was outstanding, waters and wines refilled promptly, every little detail attended to, including such subtle items as wine bottle always placed with label facing us, table candle moved so as not to warm bottle, etc. Wine list is perhaps a bit limited."
