"This place has energy to spare. Crowded, noisy, and loud. Not for those seeking a quiet evening. Nice outdoor seating, close to theaters and Brea Mall. Plenty of close parking and nite-life spots for after dining. Food is very good, the bar is small but busy and depends more on pretty than good bartenders. This is not a bar scene place, just a waiting room before food, but really not too bad. Watch the noisy level of the piped in music, I think they use it as a way to drive people out from the restaurant and speed up turnover (more people equals more money). They do have live music in evening."

"The tacos and guacamole/chips were very tasty. We have eaten at Cha Cha's quite a few times, but this time it was so loud that we could not have a conversation in the restaurant. It was Saturday night at 7 pm, and the music was so loud, that we rushed to finish and leave."

"This was a terrible choice for catching up with friends and family. The noise and loud music was just unbearable. It completely ruined the meal even though we were seated way in the back. The food was average, tasted fine, but was trying to be trendy upscale Latin style yet ended up being tasting more of commercial grade appealing to American pallet. The prices were also very high, seven dollars per taco!!! That's a tortilla with meat, seven dollars!"

"We went for OC Restuarant week and was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had only gone there for Happy Hour so knew that the food was good but was surprised at how good. My only drawback was that the "large" margarita's was $15 each! Glad that we only had one round."
