Welcome to our Oyster Shack & Bar in the back room of Café Select. In the winter months we serve Fondue & Raclette. When it get’s warmer we turn the room into an Oyster Bar with Cervantes serving up his signature cocktails. We serve a variety of sea food and mediterranean dishes.
