"I was quite happy with the food as it was cooked to order and was very good. We had two entrees; ny strip steak and duck. Both were very good as re the sides. Our appetizer was the cheese platter, and although a little skimpy, IMO, it was a nice presentation with pickled veggies, honey dip and fig compote. My only complaint would be our server. She was pleasant, attentive without being ever-present, but got two things wrong - we asked not to have blue cheese on our cheese platter, but it came anyway. We were also charged for the wrong bottle of wine (of course for a slitly more expensive one). These were minor over sights, but nonetheless marred an otherwise great experience. Keep an eye on the bill and I think it's an enjoyable time."

"We were staying at the Beechwood due to a concert at the Hanover Theater. I booked it off of Hotwire, what a find! Love the Ceres Bistro. The Host was hot, the server was great, the food was awesome! I loved everything about it. I have one negative thing to say, though. We came back after the concert and went to the bar which was packed. Not a problem, but when we tried to get a drink or order some food. We approached the bartender and he told us a server would wait on us. We waited for twenty minutes and she never came over. So we left and ordered room service. That was fun so the evening didn't end on a nice note."

"we enjoyed it very much. had to move tables due to the air duc coming right down on us but they were very accommodating. the service, jeremy was great, there when we needed him, not there to hover. food was excellent. i asked for changes and they were fine with it. we would definitely go back. it was quiet enough so we could hear ourselves talking to each other but not dead so everyone else could hear us."

"I was here for Worcester Restaurant week. The oysters here are so fresh and delicious. I love that the ingredients used in their dishes are fresh. Someone in my party did send back their overcooked steak. The manager came out to apologize and even offered to bring out something else to eat while they cooked up another steak. I was quite impressed with how the situation was handled and therefore can’t wait to return when the weather warms up for outdoor dining."

"Last Sat. night, we had 13 in our party, and the staff could not have been more accommodating as well as fun to deal with. Our food, mostly ordered from The Worc. Restaurant Week menu was done perfectly.I can only base my review on what the others around me and I had to eat, since we were such a large party. There were no complaints from my end of the table. Everything from the wine to the desserts was fantastic, and we'll be back."

"We were there for restaurant week so we were ordering off a limited menu. The selections gave the diner a nice choice of fish, beef, chicken or vegetarian and everything was prepared and served beutifully. We've been to Ceres and have ordered off the regular menu and the food is always great and the service always prompt, attentive and courteous. It's a credit to the restaurant and staff that that the despite ordering off the Restaurant Week menu, the same quality and service principles applied as were give to the regular menu. This isn't always the case at area restaurants we've been at during Restaurant Week. menu."
