Central Park FusionThe food was absolute pefection.The food was absolute pefection. Everything we had from appetizer to dessert was top bar. I highly recommend their double cut pork chop, it was pork perfection. The chop was 4 inches thick and tender, juicy, salty and smoky. The sauce was very good and the Japanese sweet potatoes were wonderful. We enjoyed the Brie appetizer and the Chocolate decadence dessert. The waitstaff was very helpful. Several of us tried the Boursin Filet and all agreed that it was one of the best steaks we had ever had. The waiter was great at explaining items on the menu. The purple sweet potatoes were delicious. We had mussels and lettuce wraps for appetizers which everyone enjoyed. The pasta was fresh. You can dress up or wear casual. There is obviously a lot of thought and planning in the kitchen. My wife had a filet that was cooked to perfection and my scallops marvel any I have ever cooked or eaten in another restaurant. Service excellent despite wait staff being understaffed for the evening. However, several large groups and multiple seatings filling the restaurant were accomodated immediately.
