  • "The hubs made reservations for my bday dinner. Had heard good things about it. I got the Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp and the hubs got the Double Cut Pork Chop. Both were awesome. We couldn't finish them and they were even better the next day. Our waiter was superb. I don't say that very often. Really enjoyed the Cucumber Lemongrass Martinis too! It's not the fanciest restaurant but has its own charm. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody and everybody!"

  • "We had a perfect meal at Cental Park Fusion! People are still talking about their Wagyu steaks! My tuna was perfectly cooked rare and had great flavor! It is not inexpensive but you definitely receive great value for your money!"

  • "We don't eat here often, just special occasions, but when we do the food is always outstanding. And, the best dirty martini too!"

  • "My husband and I are not foodies. We stepped out of our box and went here. This was one of the best meels I have ever had. It will be our go to spot in Hot Springs. Pork chops are to die for. And it ended with amazing white chocolate bread pudding. Can't wait til next summer."

  • "We were greeted at the door and immediately shown to our table. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We both had the filet and it was the best we have had in this area. We will return."

  • "We were a group of 5 with one guest with a special diet. When we arrived, the wait staff that was assigned to our table was aware of of special request and assured us that the need would be met. All five of our dining guests were pleased with their meals and dessert but we had difficulty holding a conversation due to the noise level throughout the dining area of the restaurant. We did not linger after our meal was complete since we could not converse over the noise of the surrounding table. Summary, food and service was excellent."

  • "This restaurant has innovative food with unique selections and incredible flavors. It has something for everyone's palate. The servers are very accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu. This is a true diving adventure!"

  • "Service was good and food was above average. We came hoping to find something different…and it was. Only real complaint was the menu was very small. Not many choices. They ran out of the fish special by 6:00, and there was only one other group in the restaurant at the time. Overall, I was a little disappointed. I think the price didn't match the quality of the food. But the items on the menu were truly fusion, but just not my taste. Oh and good luck trying to find parking. I had to circle the place 2-3 times to find where to park."

  • "Once again, great service and terrific food. Had two of the specials and they were prepared perfectly with excellent sauces. Waitress ensured we we were well taken care of at all times. Why go anywhere else when it is time to treat yourself to a great meal!"

  • "My husband and I chose this location based on reviews prior to arriving in Hot Springs. Initially we thought it would be so-so. The staff were so friendly!!! We were celebrating our anniversary. A couple next to us ordered champagne and the staff offered congratulations! The food. Oh the food. I chose the Hawaiian Wagyu beef. I are so much that I was full for days. It was melt in your mouth delicious! My husband chose the special swordfish. It was cooked to perfection as was my beef. My mouth waters to write this!!! I wanted to eat there each day of our stay! "

  • "We were very impressed by this restaurant, a true treasure for Hot Springs. The food was second to none and the wine list and pairing suggestions were spot on. Our server, Randy, was impressive in his knowledge of wine and was a true professional. Although the dining room looks sparse, it was cozy and relaxing. "

  • "For the second time , I feel that we were forced to leave earlier then I would like because staff was packing up the restaurant, turning up chairs rearranging all the tables . We felt unwanted and after a $500 tab for 4 people, at 9:30 I should not feel this way. I could understand if it was late but 9:30 on Saturday, in a slow restaurant should not be issue. Once again this was not the first time. "

  • "My wife and I pulled up and saw the building and the part of town this place was in and I thought I'd made a mistake by making a reservation but I couldn't have been more wrong. The building is something straight out of the 70's and the seats at the tables were cheap-looking plastic and metal chairs. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip to start and it was the best I've ever had. I ordered the Boursin Wagyu filet mignon and a house salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was the freshest salad I've had from any restaurant. The steak with the Boursin cheese on top on the bed of creamy truffle scented fresh corn polenta was an amazing mixture of flavors and one of the best dishes I've had. My wife ordered the a Shrimp scampi and said it was great"

  • "The food was wonderful, as was the staff. We were there on the same might as the local prom. The place was packed, but service did not lack. It is definitely a place to eat at when in Hot Springs."

  • "The food at Central Park Fusion is FANTASTIC! It is modern, fresh, and delicious. It is by far the best food in Hot Springs. The suggested wine pairings are also spot on. I really, really wish they would develop a cocktail menu with signature specialty drinks. It puts a little damper on the whole experience that they don't. But I will continue to dine at Central Park Fusion every time I visit Hot Springs because the food is that good."

  • "Definitely need to have reservations. With the reservation there was no wait and no fuss. The menu is varied so there were plenty of choices for meat eaters and seafood lovers. The wine list was extensive and if you buy the bottle but cannot finish it, they allow you to take it home. It was also very reasonably priced for a nice bottle of wine. The food was excellent. We had the Thai Seabass over noodles and the Filet over truffle infused risotto with spinach. We were offered a choice of bacon or macadamia nuts on our Wedge salad. It was Friday so he picked the nuts, which was a really nice compliment to the salad. The service was very attentive even though it was a busy evening. Only negative was the cost of the entrees."

  • "Central Park Fusion again for the 3rd yr in a row did a fantastic job in all areas. Food was great,(especially the pork chop) Server (Heather) was fun and accommodating! My friends and I (6 of us) go every year to the Derby and 3 years ago we found this restaurant.. so it is now a part our yearly routine:) see you in 2015 or before!"

  • "We went to eat here based on a recommendation from the B&B owner where we were staying. It certainly didn't disappoint. I highly recommend the double cut pork chop and any if their steak. All of there menu items were unique and not something you'll find elsewhere."

  • "We have eaten at Central Park Fusion several times and always enjoyed the food. This visit was no exception. My wife had the scallops and I had the Rack of lamb which were both outstanding. The White Chocolate bread pudding capped off an outstanding dinner."

  • "Central Park Fusion was a great dining experience. The restaurant is open and on Friday was full, but our service was quick and very attentive. Everyone seemed to pitch in to ensure we were well taken care of. An appetizer of Duck Spring Rolls was a great start. Our dinners, Tuna for one and Sea Bass for another were perfectly cooked and excellent. The food was perfect and the service was spot on, not too intrusive but attentive. Would recommend for anyone wanting a great food experience."

  • "Menu is usually very similar from year to year, food is always good. Wait Staff is friendly and knowledgable about menu. Great dining in Hot Springs. Duck confit egg roll appetizer is a favorite. Will return again next year."

  • "Made reservations for Birthday dinner. Was treated with disrespect from the chef "manager" Hamburger came out overcooked. Asked to have redone, chef sent back and said would not redo the dinner that was how he cooked it. The chef would not come out to speak to us. Diner was over priced. Specials were presented to us by way of insert in menu. When we asked for one of the specials they were out, asked for a different one and they were out of that. Why have specials if they are out of the items to make them. Would never recommend this location nor would ever step back in to this restaurant."

  • "Service was excellent. We were seated right away with a reservation. Food choices were very good offering a variety and the choice of wines was excellent. Only problem we encountered was the wife's Filet was overcooked and had to be returned. They got it right the second time around. So note that they tend to cook to the more well done side of your meat temprature. Taste was exellent as well as the sides and salads. I was disappointed they didn't ofer any compensation for the overdone pricey cut of meat while my meal went cold waiting for my spouses correctly cooked Filet to arrive. Appologies are accepted but considering the price some accomodation should have been offered."

  • "My wife and I do not live in the Hot Springs area but enjoy having dinner at Central Park Fusion so much that we have now taken two overnight trips to the area with the goal of dinner at this fine establishment. The food (especially the Hawaiian Waygu) is fantastic and, Randy, our server is awesome as well. From appetizer to dessert, the experience is always one of the best we can find in Arkansas. We will return!"

  • "My wife and I had dinner at Central Park Fusion 3/22. The pork chop was huge and probably the best have have ever had. My wife had the filet special and loved it as well. Everything about the experience was great!"

  • "All courses were outstanding with the sad exception of the strip. The sauces come on the side which is a good thing as a good steak needs no sauce. The ordered medium rare steak was charcoaled (not seared). The steaks finish was medium not medium rare. The steak was taken off the grill at 114 degrees stated the waiter. The waiter, I believe, could care less. The grill may have been too hot, but whatever the reason, the steak finished over done and dried out. This was not a $54.00 steak, I expected more. The scallop appetizer, soups, my wife's fish, desert and the wine were all fantastic."

  • "We had our reservations, but when we arrived the restaurant was closed due to a fire. We had to scramble to try & find another place for our evening meal. Guess can't blame restaurant owners for this, but sure did put a crimp in our plans for the evening as had brought friends all the way from Texas to eat here."

  • "Our reservation was at 7 and we arrived a little early. They were busy but not packed. We asked for a booth and got one facing the bar and the outside door. Our waiter took a few moments to get our drink orders, and we ran out before he could get back for refills. The sevechi appetizer was ok, but not worthy of the cost. The chips were not warm and seemed a little stale. The entrees were great. The service was not horrible but it could have been better."

  • "This was my third visit and I can tell you the food is awesome. Be prepared to wait, this is a busy place and bring a jacket in cold weather. I was so impressed with my food I wanted to give the tip to the chef. The service is slow due to the crowds. Open sitting makes for noisy environment. Go for the chef!"

  • "No doubt CPF is one of the more expensive places to dine in Hot Springs--but it's not THAT expensive. Menu is incredible. The service is fabulous. We brought our own wine (very minimal corkage fee--I like that) and our server treated our bottle like one we had selected from the extensive wine list. I would have scored the food with 5 stars--however--my steak was very good, but it had to go back because it was overcooked the first time. Our appetizer was fabulous. My girlfriend didn't care for her tuna entree...but she compares every ahi tuna to the one she had at our fave restaurant in Little Rock, and NO ONE beats their ahi. CPF is a fabulous restaurant that really adds to the Hot Springs dining landscape. I won't hesitate to go back."

  • "Central Park Fusion was a great date night for my wife and me. Our waitress was great, and the food was even better. Their filet was one of the best I've had. It is a big open room which is neat but it can get loud at times when the place is packed."

  • "All 4 of us ordered the special and all 4 of us came away talking about the BEST steak we have ever had!!! In fact, for 1, this was the 1st steak EVER eaten without ketchup(in 65 yrs)!!! A truly WOW meal. And our server Randy made it even better by helping "guide" our selections. Will definitely be back!!! Oh, by the way, the tuna taco appetizer was spectacular too!"

  • "I went here for valentines dinner with my boyfriend. I was not a huge fan of Hot Springs in general but live close enough I would go back just to eat here again. I had the seabass which was wonderful and my boyfriend had the pork chop which was also wonderful! We started with the cheese plate, then moved on to the champagne truffle soup, get a cup of the soup if you go here! Overall our experience was wonderful and we recommend this place to anyone!"

  • "Severely disappointing is the best way to put it. Actually made me wonder if there is any fine dining in Hot Springs. All entrees are priced ten to fifteen dollars higher than need be. They are charging as much if not more than Ashley's in Little Rock for entrees no where near the quality or construction. You don't need to drown a good cut of steak in sauce. Had to ask for glasses for the beers we ordered. The pint glasses and water glasses are chipped on the inside do to age and years of being stacked on top of each other."

  • "My wife and I try to eat here every time we visit Hot Springs because the food is outstanding and this visit was no different. The service this time wasn't the best but it was Valentines night and they were very busy. In previous visits the service has always been great so this was probably just an off night. Would highly recommend Central Park Fusion."
