"A wonderful restaurant- hard to find a local restaurant with a menu that can accomodate guests with different food likes/preferences/tastes and portion controls, but this one does it all: Excellent service. variety of options, from vegeitarian to meat/fish/chicken lovers for both appetizers (ample size) and entree was just right for three of us. And, a wonderful hamburger (that they actually know how to make just as tasty and tendy when ordered rare or well done!). And, don't shy away from the bread pudding- you in be in for a wonderful treat!"

"We have eaten at Central Park Bistro many times in the past & it has always been very good. This time the food was not what we remembered from previous visits. My salmon was dry & my husband said the soup was not very good. Perhaps the kitchen just had an off night so we'll have to give it another chance some day."

"Disappointed in main courses. We have been there several times, most recently for lunch. The staff was helpful in meeting our request for stable change and patient when we delayed our order so we could visit.

However my drink ( vodka soda) was very weak . Two of our 6 entrees were just adequate. The 2excellent ones were the skirt steak and the lamb chops. Salads were very good. One dessert was ordered...key lime pie,very adequate"

"I had read that this place was not good for kids but the first thing I saw last Saturday night was kids, kids and kids - which was great for our party, as we had a mature 10 year old with our group. Food above par, everyone cleaned their plates, nice wine list, attentive staff. However, we were in the wine room so one of us sometimes had to grab a bottle for the hostess and the lighting could be brighter. Nonetheless, because we were in the wine room it was not noisy. The staff accomodated our party when it grew to 9 persons; the staff was also patient while we lingered after dinner over our desserts and port. I recommend. Thank you to Opentable (and Yelp) for helping me find a great place to eat on the peninsula."

"Since it has been a while since I have regularly dined at Central Park Bistro, I wondered if the the food and service had slipped. Happily, I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with a friend recently and found the service to be attentive without being intrusive or superficial. Our food came at the right time and we were not rushed. As to the food, I found the Seared Ahi Tuna salad to be among the best that I have ever had. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his Petrale Sole sandwich = it looked great. I will definitely be coming here more often."
